A very well-located hotel in the city center, with a rather original decor (perhaps a little dated...) and very decent service.
It could use a dedicated, free private parking lot. The room amenities are fairly basic, but for a short stay, they're more than adequate.
If we return to Niort, we won't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel locate in a good place There are plenty of restoraunts, shopping stores and interesting points. The team is very nice and polite. The room is small but enogh. Breakfast is very basic.. not a large veriaty.

5/5 for the breakfast lady. Ar the beginning I thought she was a bit too loud for my breakfast, as I was not awake yet, but she is definitively the star of the reception-breakfast area. Lovely, genuinely friendly, superactive, so positive, smiling, she is great. She made my day. The room is also great, but the people is what makes you like a place really, isn't it?

Jai passé quasiment 2 mois dans cet hôtel au centre de niort. L'accueil et la sympathie du personnel ma beaucoup plu, le personnel prend soin de sa clientèle. Les chambre sont proposés et cosy. Un petit déjeuné copieux. Je recommande cet hôtel à 200%

On ne choisit pas Ibis pour le plaisir mais en général pour être certain d'y trouver un minimum de la standardisation qui simplifie la vie lorsque l'on passe une centaine de nuits par an à l'hôtel. Ici : pas de restaurant ok mais pas non plus le moindre "encas" à grignoter lorsque l'on arrive tard (ce qui est pourtant il me semble le standard minimum Ibis), des chambres à l'ancienne avec une portant dans la chambre pour pendre ses vêtements et une tête de lit métallique qui frappe le mur à chaque mouvement.... Non ! Monsieur Accor ce n'est pas le contrat que passent vos clients avec vous.

Malgré l'erreur d'attribution d'une chambre non nettoyée, j'ai vu attribuer une autre chambre très rapidement. Chambre propre et grande qui donne sur une cour intérieure de l'hôtel. Décoration style kitsch à chacun son goût ! Petit déjeuner standard Ibis styles. Personnel d'accueil très aimable et attentionné, j'ai beaucoup apprécié.

Hotel de ville très sympa, à proximité du centre ville. Accueil simple mais sympa et petit déjeuner correct mais pourrais être un peu plus complet. Hotel à la décoration très vielle, chambre vieillissante et ayant vraiment besoin d'un coup de fraîcheur. On peut arriver tard dans la nuit mais on a vraiment l'impression de déranger....... Hôtel cependant sympa pour un voyage d'affaire ou pour une simple soirée.
