Niseko Hotels with Bars

Excellent rooms which are large enough to accommodate a family of four with 2 children (aged 10 and 12) inclusive. The Niseko-yo was also nearby to offer a wider option for food choices. The view for breakfast during my trip was simply breathtaking. Breakfast buffet spread was the best I have ever had (and my standards are pretty high!) For those who love skiing around Niseko, the hotel offers shuttle bus services around this area. Facilities and amenities live up to the Hilton name. Onsen is superb! Will definitely stay here again. The experience was great. The location of the hotel is super convenient for family like ourselves. It takes little time to access both Annapuri and Hirafu. We didn't have enough time to try the slopes at Niseko Village though. The hotel is clean, and sufficient, since we spend most of the time in town / on slopes. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and make sure the information we got from them are accurate. I think this is very important. The hotel has its own hot spring and spa facilities which are bonus. It gives us a chance to relax after hitting the slopes for all day. Breakfast was great, variety was extensive, but it gets a little boring after 5 days eating the same food. The flavors were great and spot on though, no complains on the taste-side.

Just right next to Annupuri skiing place, with ski rental and locker for hotel guests just within the hotel. Restaurant offers great choice of options and a nice lounge offering great view and drinks. The hotel room has a stunning view too, the only comment is it would be better if hotel can upgrade the linen and charger to include usb hub by the bed side.

The hotel service is slightly inferior to other Ritz. When the hotel helped to pick up the car from the garage, the cab was covered with snow. The hotel includes breakfast, and no one can order a signature dish. After the three of us ordered, only one was served, and it was not served after that. When the people who came in after us and ordered the same meal as us came, we remembered that we asked the waiter if he could help us check when ours would be served. As a result, one waiter went to find another, and the three waiters discussed for a long time, and finally ran over to tell us that the one we ordered was gone. I asked by the way, why did the people at the next table who came later eat, but ours was gone, and why couldn't they tell us in advance? As a result, the waiter just said sorry, and then helped us order another one, and it looked rough after it was served. When we went to the hot spring, our slippers were worn by others. Finally, the ski resort is still good, but remember to make reservations for all snow activities in advance.

This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

Great hotel with Onsen and live music every night. Ping pong and pool tables. A workout room. Great all you can eat breakfast that rotates offerings every morning. I would stay again.

The route for skiing was very good. The staff was very rude, especially Koreans, so it was completely inconvenient. I went without The view of Mt. Yotei was beautiful. However, it was disappointing that the room was small.

In fact, it is like a domestic youth hotel. The room area is very small, with only beds next to each other. The guests rest and chat in the living room and dining room. They are basically European and American. The waiters are mainly English-speaking and can basically understand Japanese. don't know. There are public bathrooms on each floor, but there are only a few public bathrooms on the first floor. Those who mind may not adapt.
