Хороший отель,приезжал по работе,недалеко от объекта,пешком можно дойти.До центра города далековато,но такси недорого.Хороший завтрак с 7 утра,вежливый персонал,сервисом доволен.

Номер забронировали заранее, но как только доехали до Нижнекамска, позвонила администратор, и сказал , что другой постоялец , продлил номер, хотя мы бронировали заранее. Не советую не кому там бронировать номер, в любом случае вас там кинут

Отель ужасный, бабки берут абсолютно со всего , на выходе начинают обманывать, постельное бельё было не застеленным, за обычные гигиенические принадлежности надо платить хотя отель 3 звезды. Отель ужасный не кому не советую там оставаться!

Очень хороший уютный отель…приехали посетить Термы и выбрали данный отель,недалеко от термоисточников,,приятный персонал,особая благодарность горничной Катерине,в номере тепло,белье свежее,халаты,полотенца,туалетные принадлежности все это есть,чай кофе,вода ,есть кондиционер холодильник….все от души,советую,,но вот завтраки немножко желают быть лучше,если есть возможность лучше завтракайте сами в городе..всем желаю приятного отдыха!!!
