Great location, clean room, parking. That's all the pros.
When checking in, it turned out that check-in time was 15:00 instead of 14:00 as stated during booking. After some arguments, they agreed to check in from 14:00. No apologies were given.
The shower gel bottle in the room was empty and the shower head holder was broken. All basic bathroom equipment for a 4-star hotel must be ordered additionally via QR code, which is extremely inconvenient.
The cost without breakfast is higher than at another 4-star chain hotel with breakfast.

Поставим 5 баллов потому, что администраторы стараются и спрашивают, что было не так в проживании, хотят улучшить пользовательский опыт.
Но в душе не оказалось шампуня и гель для душа закончился во время первого посещения душа. Понятно, что есть QR-код, и можно заказать рефилл, но когда заселяешься в полночь и устал, хочешь помыться в душе сразу, а не проверять, достаточно ли шампуня в бутылке. Большое полотенце было таким застиранным, что вот-вот порвётся.
Вот такие мелочи. Но в целом всё понравилось. Кровати удобные, нам дали халаты (спросили на reception, нужно ли принести, и доставили в номер через 5 минут), вода в бутылках была, наборы для чистки зубов тоже. Даже утюг с гладильной доской. Кстати, косметика очень приятная, аромат чудесный.
Расположение отличное.
В целом, спасибо.

Очень удобное расположение,все рядом.Стоимость завтрака не соответствует,при бронировании 800р.за человека с оплатой на месте,а на деле 1200 за человека

Отличный отель в центре города, поблизости главная прогулочная улица, достопримечательности и много ресторанов. В номере есть все необходимое, удобный матрас и подушки.

The magnificent Mercury Hotel of my favorite Accor chain in the center of Nizhny Novgorod! It is located 150 m from the pedestrian street Bolshaya Pokrovskaya. The hotel has a restaurant, a small gym, as well as ground and underground parking. I would like to separately note the beautiful building in which the hotel is located.

Отель очень понравился,самый центр и парковка/главные критерии нашего выбора/.номер стандарт,белье просто волшебное.Потом прочитала:щетки,шапочки и тд все по запросу,типа отель в программе по минимализации отходов.Согласна,но надо брать в приоритете страну,где вы развиваете свой бизнес.По мне-это экономия/на дурачка,кто закажет ,а кто нет/нельзя так в России,попробовали бы так в Европе,вам бы сразу счет выставили по страховке,поэтому не страшно.Вода …. Отдельная тема…. Экология,кулеры на этаже!!!! Я что в коммуналке? Я в трусах ночью пойду в холл за водой?,дверь не прикрывается,это надо брать ключ или будить мужа. Давно программы утилизации пластика,Ставьте стекло-15000 за ночь,это не вау,поэтому я хочу элементарного комхорта,хотя бы воду в номере! Лично мое мнение,это отговорки/про экологию/,это-экономия!!!!! Конечно я не вернусь сюда.А про ужин в ресторане/половина меню нет,пиво теплое…../спасибо!!!! Хорошо,что мы оптимисты,никогда не писала таких отзывов
