You should spend more time for training your reception staff. As a Platinum member of the Loyalty program I needed for every little part which is usually granted while staying at an Accor hotel, parts of this have even been denied. On top of this I needed to over 30 min at Checkout, because they had not prepared my registration documents and it seems they also had a lack of knowledge how to do this. In total pretty bad experience, which I am not used from other hotels of this brand.

Были в феврале 2025 года. Бронировала номер с двумя раздельными кроватями. В настоящее время вокруг отеля стройка! Добираться по деревянным настилам и лестницам - долго и неудобно, вокруг ничего интересного. На ресепшн выяснилось, что бронь без завтрака. Ладно, добавили за доп плату. Пошла смотреть номер. Узкий, маленький, кроватки на размер S, отказалась от него. На ресепшн - сонное царство, никакого внимания гостям. Стала искать номера в других отелях. Потом решила спросить, есть ли номера выше категории у них. Оказалось, что есть. За 9 400 на двоих с завтраками. Посмотрела номер. Вид из окна - лучше и не смотреть, но номер немаленький, одна кровать большая и диванчик, который обещали подойти и застелить. Душ, чайная станция - все есть. Но за такие деньги за сутки - примитив, конечно. Пластиковые пару стульчиков. Заселились в 16 час и уехали. Вернулись в 12 ночи. Диван не разобран и не застелен. Пришлось снова выяснять с ресепшн. Затем пришел сотруднмк и разложил диван, после него горничная притащила матрас, застелила белье. Это всё ночью! Кровати удобные, завтрак приличный, без изысков, но выбор есть. Мы же быстро забронировали отель 5*****, который оказался дешевле и переехали из этого скучного и негостеприимного Ибиса. Отель подходит для расселения туристических и спортивных групп, школьников, командировочнвх, которым важно близко к метро и нормальный завтрак, а не атмосфера в отеле. До Кремля пешком полчаса.

Путешествуем с семьей часто, выбираем сеть отелей ибис, были в Калининграде, Москве, Ульяновске, везде были одни плюсы, но вот Ибис Нижний Новгород очень разочаровал. Номер не очень свежий, в душевой кабине плесень, но самый главный минус это персонал на завтраке в ресторане, если его так можно назвать. Два дня наблюдала за девушками, которые работали, так как будто их принудительно заставили работать, один сотрудник по имени Александра вовсе на рабочем месте позволяет себе разговаривать на мате. Не рекомендую этот отель.

Забронировали номер для сотрудника в командировке, при заселении на ресепшене было сказано, что не заселят, так как нужен оригинал паспорта. Заверенная копия, права, СНИЛС, Госуслуги их не устраивают. При попытке прояснить ситуацию, угрожают Росгвардией и Полицией. Сотруднику пришлось провести ночь в машине, несмотря на оплаченный номер, видимо его номер уже сдали налево. Однозначно не рекомендую, попадёте на деньги. Фото Даши с ресепшена прилагаю. P.S. Даша, желаю, чтоб тебе без паспорта даже хлеба в "Пятёрочке" не продали, ска.

Отличный отель, удобное расположение, есть парковка. Приятный персонал. В номере чисто. Отель очень понравился, Хорошая команда молодых ребят замечательно обслуживают и на ресепшене, и в ресторане. Особо хотелось бы отметить чистоту помещений. Удобная транспортная развязка и метро в шаговой доступности. Рекомендую данный отель всем и сам обязательно вернусь!

Отзыв будет о том как нас встретили в этом отеле. Мы приехали 20 июля на машине. Здание отеля окружено заборами - строят метро. Мы покружили вокруг квартала и нашли заезд и парковку отеля. Парковка закрыта, звоним по телефону на воротах - отвечают, что на парковке нет мест, все выкуплены и нам надо ехать опять вокруг квартала и ставить машину на платную парковку у торгового центра. Хорошо, мы согласны, но просим высадить детей и вещи - а машину туда отвезем. Нам не разрешают, хотя проход в отель тут есть! На машине инвалидный знак, объясняем, что с нами дети, нам будет тяжело вещи тащить - но нам все равно не разрешили. Никакого понимания, да просто ничего человеческого! Вот такая встреча

08.06 в 23.00 в отеле Ибис Нижний Новгород отказали в заселении так как не было с собой бумажный оригинал свидетельства о рождении( человеческий фактор- оставили дома) Паспорта обоих родителей где вписан ребенок, в госуслугах документ был, сканы и копии были, администратор Виктория объясняя тем что ее уволят и оштрафуют на 300 т.р. Вызвала ГБР без предупреждения. Конфликта никакого не было. У ребенка случился нервный срыв, над чем администраторы смеялись. Альтернатива решения ситуации не была предложена. Хорошо что есть письменный отказ заселения на руках. А на следующий день начали звонить мошенники от лица представителей правоохранителей, обязывая явиться по непонятному адресу принести письменный отказ руководителя отеля Ибис( так администратор Виктория представилась). В сети отелей Ибис много раз останавливались в разных городах, всегда обслуживание было на высоте и всегда шли на встречу при различных ситуациях. Стресс у ребенка и у нас.Думаю моя ситуация будет поводом задуматься.
