Забронировал номер В 12.30, на пол пути в эту сторону,(в 15:45) а это 250км, бронь была отменена. Позвонил в отель, грубая женщина словесно разводила руками со словами так получилось. Так получилось что пришлось экстренно искать другой отель. Не рекомендую ввиду такого отвратительного отношения к своим клиентам.

Месторасположение не очень, до центра 20 мин на авто, рядом нет никаких кафе. Номер нормальный, взяли люкс 35 м2, но не было ванных принадлежностей. Завтраки скромные и всегда одинаковые: чай, каша, запеканка, 2 варенных яйца и сосиска.

В принципе для такого формата неплохо, но 5 ставлю сильно с натяжкой. Плюсы: есть своя парковка, чисто, съедобный завтрак с зерновым кофе. На территории есть беседка с лавочками. В номере было много полотенец, достаточно мебели, тапочки. Можно заказать кофе с собой, купить напитки и шоколад. Администраторы вежливые. Минусы: откровенно не хватило масла или сыра на завтрак. К яйцу это обычно всегда подается, и я как-то не могу есть яйца без хлеба с маслом или сыром, а пришлось. Нам достался номер в цокольном этаже "с окном". Так вот окна там скорее нет, чем есть. Попахивало канализацией. От центра на машине ехать пол часа.

Очень красивый, очень необычный отель яркий и действительно стильный. Каждый номер выполнен в особой графике и везде сохраняется атмосфера уюта. Но самое главное-это отношение персонала. Огромное спасибо администратору Марии, которая помогла решить нам многие сложности, возникшие по ходу нашего путешествия. Мне кажется именно люди являются самым значимым и ценным ресурсом любого отеля.

Отель не тянет даже на две звезды. Фото не соответствуют действительности. Фото нужно выкладывать реальные: с серыми полотенцами, рваными серыми халатами, недомытой сантехникой. При этом всей ,,красоте,, еще и берут деньги за зубные наборы. Завтрак это отдельная история. Вистоимость был включен континентальный завтрак. В итоге вас забудут предупредить, что на завтрак вы прлучите сухую булку с йогуртом. Планируйте свой отпуск заранее, чтобы выбрать хороший отель с доступными ценами, а не так как мы, забронировали, что осталось..

Остановилась в номере эконом, так как все номера были заняты. Администратор при телефонном разговоре забыл предупредить что это техническое помещение, без вентиляции совершенно, в номере очень грязно, устойчивый запах канализации и листают насекомые. Спать с закрытой дверью не возможно. Это худший опыт.

Понравился вкусный завтрак, но не понравилось многое другое. Были в номере на цокольном этаже, за окном ужасно громко капало из кондиционера номера сверху прямо на металлический водоотвод. На просьбу что-то сделать с этим персонал только развёл руками. На парковке место только для 4 машин, если не хватает места, приходится оставлять машину за воротами, и тут уже ни о какой охране речи не идет.
