В номерах грязные стены, ржавая сантехника, застиранное серое пастельное белье и жёлтые полотенца. Сбитые комками подушки и одеяла. Одеяла не соответствуют размеру пододеяльников. Отель явно требует ремонта. Часть номеров находится на цокольном этаже в полуподвальном помещении. Достался номер с разбитым дверным косяком, через который было слышно все происходящее в коридоре. На просьбу заменить номер сказали, что номеров нет. Деньги за номер с разбитой дверью, засорившемся сливом в душе и неработающим сливом в туалетном бачке, возвращать отказались. Если вы хотите испортить себе отдых, не поспать ночью из-за припозднившихся гостей этого отеля и слышать, как утром в коридоре греют еду в микроволновке, то этот отель для вас! Для тех, кто привык к соблюдению Закона о защите прав потребителей и надеется всё-таки ночью спать, ищите другой отель! Не ведитесь на фото на сайте! Так он выглядел лет 10 назад!

Из плюсов: отличное расположение. Из минусов: за 12 000 р. за ночь получили видавший виды номер в цокольном этаже с видом на ноги прохожих. Кондиционер не мог охладить сам себя, было очень душно. Стены номера покрыты причудливыми пятнами, ковролин просит о замене. При заселении в 17.00 на одной из кроватей не было белья и полотенец. Сказали, вот-вот и все будет. В 23.00 "вот-вот" не наступило. Когда полотенца появились, их состояние вызвало легкое недоумение. Номер абсолютно не стоит своих денег.

Заселились в отель в 16.00. Нас отвели на цокольный этаж и предложили три номера на выбор, в одном из которых еще даже не было уборки. Напоминаю, что заселение у них написано с 14.00. Выбрали номер, который был хотя бы убран, но нам сообщили о том, что одеял и полотенец пока не привезли. В течение часа нахождения в номере их нам не предоставили. Сразу заметила трех пауков в углах номера, душ как в общежитии. Номер настолько маленький, что вдвоем встать тяжело. Вид из номера не на Кремль и набережную, а на мусорные баки и парковку на заднем дворе. Окна не открываются, работает только кондиционер. Через два часа ориентировочно принесли полотенца и одеяла. Потом оказалось, что одно полотенце дырявое. В общем, ужасные условия, никакого удовольствия от проживания в этом месте. Единственный плюс-это близость к достопримечательностям Нижнего Новгорода.
