Оставляли в данном месте багаж (с сервисом "Оставь багаж"). Принимала багаж одна девушка, выдавала другая. Обе общаются мягко выражаясь -грубо. Попросили воспользоваться туалетом - нам было отказано, даже платно отказали. Послали в соседний бар, либо "на улице полно туалетных кабинок" - хотя их нет. Не советую пользоваться любыми услугами в данном месте. Веберете лучше что то другое.

Женщина администратор грубит и позволяет себе нецензурную лексику в отношении гостей. Застилать постельное белье, а потом его собирать Вам придется самому, ровно также, как и выносить мусор из номера в мусорные баки. Горячую воду Вы вряд ли увидите. Единственный плюс - это расположение у Кремля.

с администратором едва договорились о заселении - она была пьяна. впрочем, и в трезвом виде новые гости не сразу находили с ней общий язык ) в целом, не грязно, на одну ночь можно остановиться. удобное расположение - находится почти рядом с кремлём и набережной. в Кожевенном переулке по ночам орут песни и курят - учитывайте при выборе номера
