Но в душе не оказалось шампуня и гель для душа закончился во время первого посещения душа. Понятно, что есть QR-код, и можно заказать рефилл, но когда заселяешься в полночь и устал, хочешь помыться в душе сразу, а не проверять, достаточно ли шампуня в бутылке. Большое полотенце было таким застиранным, что вот-вот порвётся. Вот такие мелочи. Но в целом всё понравилось. Кровати удобные, нам дали халаты (спросили на reception, нужно ли принести, и доставили в номер через 5 минут), вода в бутылках была, наборы для чистки зубов тоже. Даже утюг с гладильной доской. Кстати, косметика очень приятная, аромат чудесный. Расположение отличное. В целом, спасибо.

The hotel staff are very friendly, but the hotel itself does not meet the price/quality ratio, it is strange that it is considered the best in Nizhny Novgorod. Five-star hotels do not have a spa, and sauna is not good, the front desk can call massage, but only external staff. The worst thing in the room is the bathroom threshold. You can mess it up. There is no carpet in the bathroom, and the bathroom door is sliding and shaking, and it either closes tightly or doesn't close. Room service is long enough. The interior and design of the hotel is cool.

A great hotel in the heart of the Lower. 2 minutes walk to the Big Pokrovskaya, 2 minutes to the Kremlin. The rooms are spacious, the lingerie is good, the snow is white. The beds are comfortable. The room has a teapot, tea, 2 bottles of water. The room is very warm, which is important in winter. We even closed the batteries and opened the windows. Take breakfast, very worthy, everything is - eggs, omlet, cheese, pancakes, cushions, sausages, vegetables, fruit, tea, coffee, juice, etc. The staff is welcome, all wishes on the number are taken into account. The hotel has an elevator that is also a big plus especially for families with children and older people.

Suburban location. It can only be reached by taxi. The room is on the road, noisy in the morning. On the opposite side, the view of the forest is good. Good service. The breakfast was great.
