"The matcha welcome at the hotel is very warm. The location is some distance from the main street, 10-15 minutes walk, which is almost the distance to Hell Valley. See the first picture for the size of the room. The table is moved away, and the mats in the cabinet are covered with tatami mats. The hotel's open-air hot spring pool is very small and felt cramped for three people. The indoor hot spring pool is larger, so I think it is not cost-effective. The breakfast is average, the dinner is good, but if it includes two meals, it will bring back a little value for money😂🤣"

"It's a small hotel. There are two old people at the reception. The environment is very friendly and family-friendly. There are few people in the hot spring, so it is very comfortable. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, and the water temperature is also marked. The experience is good. The breakfast and dinner are also rich, with many varieties and good taste."
"It is a good value.
The hotel has been renovated and the bathrooms are very nice. The room itself feels older, which is not bad, but the floor is really cold. There is a big gap between the door and the floor, so there is always a cold draft across the floor. The TV is also very small.
The good thing is that the coffee shop in the lobby is cozy, the pastries are delicious and there is a fireplace! The hotel also gives the access to the Grand Bath in Dai-Ichi Takimotokan"
"I personally like this kind of Japanese-style hotel very much. It feels like home. The lobby welcomes guests very warmly and they will wipe their suitcases carefully. The breakfast and dinner are very delicious. The hot spring ♨️ is traditional Japanese and very healing. It is worth coming again."
"The hot springs, services and facilities are first-class! Breakfast and dinner are included, all of which are delicious. Various meats and seafood are good, and rice is also delicious, but the space is limited and you can't eat too much. It's not far to walk to Jigokudani, and you can reach it on foot."
"Hotel includes dinner and breakfast. Dining is at the ”food hall”, buffet style. Not including the study drinks yen 350. There is a kids corner on the right when entering the cashier counter. The room was on. Japanese style. Maybe due to the environment, the room looks tired. All mental parts were badly rushed in toilet. Car parking is behind the hotel up the hill. Walking to the hell valley is a good 10-15 walk up hill. Could just drive up and park for yen 500.
Overall the place was OK, just old feeling"
"The location is very good, the service quality and food quality are very good
First class landscape
But there are too many unruly Chinese and Koreans,
Frequently getting hit in the elevator and not queuing for food.
The bathroom has a general exhaust and smoky feeling"
Very Good

YYUEI lived in Noboribetsu and this atrium, and I still prefer this one. If I go to Noboribetsu next time, I will stay there again. On the mountain Noboribetsu, pick-up service at 2:00 and 4:00 pm (pick-up at JR station) is available after booking with the hotel. The hotel is good, just don't like their public slippers (woven straw uppers). If you don't wear socks, you will feel a little sticky, but so is the flower atrium. The open-air style of the house is very good. It is relatively large. You can take a look at the snow on the pine trees while soaking in the hot spring. It feels very natural and much stronger than the open-air style of the flower atrium. I ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel, but it was really bad. This may be my own problem. I am not used to eating. The ice cream at the kiosk downstairs is delicious, you buy it every day, and it's easy to buy water. There is a small park in front of the hotel, the snow is very thick, you can play with snow, and there is no one. It is clean and very comfortable. A 15-minute walk from the hotel is the Noboribetsu ski resort. It is very convenient to play snow and there are very few people. In short, it is quite satisfactory.
SSonniaA big thumb up to Noboribetsu Onsenkyo Takinoya! Its half-board experience was top-notch! The butler and staff are very professional and attentive, and the food? Absolutely delicious with stunning presentation! Highly recommended!
MMing Ying YThoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved the Japanese vibes & 5 star hospitality. Room is spacious and well maintained. Highlight of our room is the outdoor bath and kaiseki dinner to complete our Japanese ryokan experience. Breakfast was semi buffet style which was slightly lacking in choices & taste wise in my opinion. Location within walking distance to main street and hell’s valley.
EElenalowThe room for 3 pax is big and clean. Friendly staff and the walking distance to Noboribetsu Jigokudani Valley. Their dinner and breakfast buffet have many choices. Please included during your booking. They have many onsen pool to try on. We are satisfied with the stay.
LLETRipWestern bedroom for our old parents so that they dont need to lower their back to lay on traditional japanese futon. They had weak knees and back already. Room quite tiny just sufficient for luggage and a bit turn around. Service are good, buffet dinner and breakfast are delicious and wide variety
GGuest UserThe best thing about this place are the absolutely amazing kaiseki ryori meals served to your room. This is an incredible authentic Japanese accommodation experience so make sure you get a Japanese room and meals included. The one downside was that they offered no practical solution at all to getting my clothes washed. The onsen baths are ok but there is no view.
ZZheng LiNice place that is super near the train station. Will need to take a bus to get to the popular spots like Hell valley, but it’s convenient since the bus stops is nearby. The room is clean and cosy. Common area is rather large as well. Breakfast is basic with bread and cereal, nothing to shout about. Great for solo travellers
AAnonymous UserGreat location. Very clean hotel perhaps the cleanest we’ve so far for this trip. Staff are nice and helpful. The dinner and breakfast buffet are great. Downside is that one onsen pool is rotate between male and female so the date we stay it’s male pool and cannot be used.
NNe0Hotel was located higher up at noboribetsu. You can take the public bus and alighted at the last bus stop.
Booked a room with a very traditional Japanese style. I need to lay a few mattresses for my sleep.
Hotel has private onsen and a wide variety of breakfast and dinner buffet. Lobby has a supermart which open only at certain timing. There’s few vendor machines available for drinks.
Hotel staffs can speak simple
English.
Make sure you include both as dinning out will be difficult.
Take note u need to have a time table of the public bus to travel around noboribetsu.
