The hotel and its rooms appear to be quite dated, particularly the pool area, which could benefit from some updates. Additionally, I found the reception staff to be less than welcoming. Perhaps due to a language barrier, they seemed impatient, often handing guests flyers and expecting them to read the information themselves, rather than offering assistance. This experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations for the hotel.

The suite with private onsen was awesome. The hair shampoo was good also for my hair.Just can’t find any facial/skin care product (facial cleanser, face lotion) in the room. But the location is good, the 7-eleven just right in front of the hotel,u can always get something there. And walking distance to those tourist spots. The dinner and breakfast is so-so only,

Great location. Very clean hotel perhaps the cleanest we’ve so far for this trip. Staff are nice and helpful. The dinner and breakfast buffet are great. Downside is that one onsen pool is rotate between male and female so the date we stay it’s male pool and cannot be used.

“Ya” of Takinoya means “house” in Japanese. This word embodies Takinoya’s concept to unwind your mind as if you are in your house. Doing nothing is the greatest pleasure!

A big thumb up to Noboribetsu Onsenkyo Takinoya! Its half-board experience was top-notch! The butler and staff are very professional and attentive, and the food? Absolutely delicious with stunning presentation! Highly recommended!

Excellent
UUN TENGI arrived at the hotel at night due to a traffic accident and didn't go to many attractions. However, the location of the hotel is also very convenient. There is a bus to the door of the hotel as soon as I leave Noboribetsu Station. The room I booked this time is a private room with a very good view. , there are almost no people soaking in the hot springs in the large bathing area. All the facilities are very good, the catering is 10 points excellent, and the service is also very good. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel and come back if you have the opportunity!
JJin-chanThe rooms are nice and the whole hotel seems to be newly renovated. The hotel stay comes with a complimentary access to Dai-ichi Takimoto Onsen, which is really the nicest and most relaxing spa we had been to in Noboribetsu. The freshly baked breads in the hotel were a little expensive but very tasty.
AAnonymous UserRyotei Hanayura has a good location and near to the famous spot by 5mins walk. We are provided free admission ticket to enter the Park for a night walk. The hotel room is half Japanese and half Western, big and clean. Dinner is served with buffet with various option of food.
GGuest UserThe best thing about this place are the absolutely amazing kaiseki ryori meals served to your room. This is an incredible authentic Japanese accommodation experience so make sure you get a Japanese room and meals included. The one downside was that they offered no practical solution at all to getting my clothes washed. The onsen baths are ok but there is no view.
AAnonymous UserIt's rare to find an inn as wonderful as this one where you can receive this kind of service at this price.
There are many large, famous accommodations in the neighborhood, but I felt that only a small inn like this could provide so many wonderful, detailed services.
I think that the facilities, hot springs, food, service, and location are all fantastic and perfect.
I definitely recommend it.
GGuest UserVery comfortable and relaxing 2 days, it is a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel, including breakfast and dinner (very exquisite Japanese meals), Japanese-style rooms, they will ask in advance what time to eat, and the meal will be delivered to the room at the time. If you want to experience traditional Japanese hot springs, you can choose this place. The price is not expensive compared to other hotels when I booked it.
SszekeeHotel includes dinner and breakfast. Dining is at the ”food hall”, buffet style. Not including the study drinks yen 350. There is a kids corner on the right when entering the cashier counter. The room was on. Japanese style. Maybe due to the environment, the room looks tired. All mental parts were badly rushed in toilet. Car parking is behind the hotel up the hill. Walking to the hell valley is a good 10-15 walk up hill. Could just drive up and park for yen 500.
Overall the place was OK, just old feeling
YYUEI lived in Noboribetsu and this atrium, and I still prefer this one. If I go to Noboribetsu next time, I will stay there again. On the mountain Noboribetsu, pick-up service at 2:00 and 4:00 pm (pick-up at JR station) is available after booking with the hotel. The hotel is good, just don't like their public slippers (woven straw uppers). If you don't wear socks, you will feel a little sticky, but so is the flower atrium. The open-air style of the house is very good. It is relatively large. You can take a look at the snow on the pine trees while soaking in the hot spring. It feels very natural and much stronger than the open-air style of the flower atrium. I ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel, but it was really bad. This may be my own problem. I am not used to eating. The ice cream at the kiosk downstairs is delicious, you buy it every day, and it's easy to buy water. There is a small park in front of the hotel, the snow is very thick, you can play with snow, and there is no one. It is clean and very comfortable. A 15-minute walk from the hotel is the Noboribetsu ski resort. It is very convenient to play snow and there are very few people. In short, it is quite satisfactory.
Ssuen chrisThe location is very good, the service quality and food quality are very good
First class landscape
But there are too many unruly Chinese and Koreans,
Frequently getting hit in the elevator and not queuing for food.
The bathroom has a general exhaust and smoky feeling
NNe0Hotel was located higher up at noboribetsu. You can take the public bus and alighted at the last bus stop.
Booked a room with a very traditional Japanese style. I need to lay a few mattresses for my sleep.
Hotel has private onsen and a wide variety of breakfast and dinner buffet. Lobby has a supermart which open only at certain timing. There’s few vendor machines available for drinks.
Hotel staffs can speak simple
English.
Make sure you include both as dinning out will be difficult.
Take note u need to have a time table of the public bus to travel around noboribetsu.
