Hotel Villa Albani

The room is clean, hard bed (I like it that way) and comfortable (bed and pillow). Basic hotel, not at all 4 stars 2 and...... point. As soon as you arrive you think it will be great because it is a very nice villa, but ........ready service. Bad dinner, (terrible) slow and bad. Breakfast was a mock buffet, coffee had to be ordered and they ran out of milk for everyone in the group, we left without having coffee.... there is more to stay, maybe this can be expanded, but enough to say: Not a recommendable place

I stayed for 4 nights and had never had such a bad experience in my life. Hotel managed by whoever happens to work there (chef, someone else who called himself director, Uncle Gianni etc....). Staff not very polite and not at all helpful towards guests. The bar in the structure has another manager and prepares the terrible breakfast (donuts, tarts and biscuits all loose with flies and birds on them) displayed in a room without air conditioning so the yogurt was hot and the butter melted. The rooms are very small, you couldn't open the wardrobe because the doors banged on the bed. Housekeeping was never done, they only changed the towels and pretended to make the bed. In our friends' room the air conditioning was not working and although it was reported several times it was not repaired, so they slept in our room one night. We asked for money to go to another hotel but were denied. Last night the owner was asked for the receipt of the rooms because the next morning we were leaving early and he told us that they were already ready but in the morning there was a gentleman at the reception who told us that the receipts were not there and he did not he knew how to do them. I asked him to call the owner but he, knowing the situation of our request from the previous evening, did not answer the phone. At my insistence he finally gave us a receipt. I won't go into further details but I certainly advise against it to everyone, this place lacks ABC.
