I called the hotel in the morning to ask direction . They told me the can not revive us at hôtel the wille move us to another hotel . But I did not accept the new hotel then I report to trips.com . The trips Call back told that everything is ok then we went back to the hotel . But stills same problem (no hot shower) then the hotel told us will refund full amount . But they did report to trips that no show.!!! Be careful this is mafia business!

We just spent four nights in Noci, at this very special hotel. Although arriving very late at night ,we (tree couples in our seventies) were treated in a very welcoming way and even served dinner.The small staff did everything they could to make us have a great time. This very small hotel is located in the old town, and is as charming as it could be, and very quiet. Our rooms were very different. I and my husband staid on the top floor?, in a cavelike room. Very small, but beautiful. Dont miss the terrace on the roof, it has a fantastic view over Noci. Our only problem was to find a parking place for our two cars when we arrived late in the evening. With help from the hotel and google maps ,we found the direction to a free parking lot near by called Largo San Sebastiano. There were places for our cars there every day, but mind that this was out of season. We all loved Santa Rosa Relais.

Camera meravigliosa, molto spaziosa con bellissimi affreschi sul soffitto e con balcone.Bagno molto grande dotato di vasca idromassaggio. Pulizia ottima. Possibilità di colazione in camera. Personale cordiale e accogliente. Posizione centralissima

Ambiente affascinante e pulito con la dolce governante precisa ed immediata alle varie richieste di tutti gli ospiti. La struttura si presenta nel cuore del centro storico con terrazzini che affascinano alla storia del posto e ai vari ristorantini che mantengono la magica tradizione pugliese.

Recentemente io e il mio compagno abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso il relais Santarosa ed è stata un'esperienza davvero rilassante . Dal momento del nostro arrivo, il personale ci ha accolti in maniera impeccabile garantendoci comfort e disponibilità massima. In particolare , la gentilezza e l' estrema cordialità della signora Tonia, titolare della struttura, unitamente all'affetto e alla cortesia della signora Miriam, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto più piacevole. Infine ,la posizione privilegiata dell'hotel nel centro storico del paese ci ha consentito di esplorarlo più facilmente . Ci auguriamo di poterci tornare quanto prima .

Ottima struttura completamente rinnovata con arredi nuovi e di qualità. Personale giovane forse non espertissimo ma cortese. Colazione da migliorare, la scelta era molto Limitata. Consiglio la suite con vasca idromassaggio e doppio lavandino.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Santarosa due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'hotel è bellissimo, pulito e curato nei dettagli. La stanza è molto comoda e completa di tutte le dotazioni necessarie. Si trova al centro del paesino di Noci, un posto davvero incantevole. Il valore aggiunto della struttura sono sicuramente le due titolari le quali sono a completa disposizione dei clienti e sempre pronte ad accogliere tutte le richieste. È palpabile la loro sincera volontà che i clienti stiano davvero bene. Super consigliato.
