Places like this hotel and restaurant are exactly what Americans are looking for when they visit Italy. Gianni, Angela, and their family are completely devoted to your comfort and relaxation; and Angela is one of the best chefs in all of the Puglia region. Every meal is an experience. The hotel underwent a comprehensive renovation during Covid, so every room and common area is bright, clean, and tastefully decorated. We had such an incredible week here and you will too.
