One of the worst experiences of my life. I've been travelling around Asia for a while and I've never encountered anything like this.
The price was about €100 per night, it shouldn't be legal to charge for this.
Starting with the facilities: dirty and neglected, in the dream you'll find dead bugs.
We continue with the hotel supplies: in one afternoon the power went out 4 times, I'm talking about one afternoon but it was in 1 hour.
The breakfast is poor.
The rooms are a mess. Dirty floors, stained sheets, the shower full of lime, the shower curtain multicoloured (see photos).
When I arrived and saw the room I asked to change rooms to a clean one, to no one's surprise they gave me a room exactly the same as the one they had wiped clean.
I recommend coming on Halloween if you want to go to the hotel of horrors.

The stay was really good. Room service was fantastic. Staff was friendly especially Vardhan at the reception. Location is also prime so its near our office as well. Good gym & other facilities. Saurav ay reception was helpful in this long stay. Hotel has a good lobby & OTR concept

Great food ,great staff it was a great experience and the stay was peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and room keeping was punctual and always on schedule. The location is great and the hotel has availability of taxi and cab.

The stay was good. In Breakfast you got a lot of variation and even offer something not already in it. Also room was good. Vardhan was helpful during stay. Pelory & Seema were quick at reception. Good location and was easily reachable and gym is also nice.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the taste was spot on! Rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff was super supportive specially Prakhar and team are made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
