One of the worst experiences of my life. I've been travelling around Asia for a while and I've never encountered anything like this.
The price was about €100 per night, it shouldn't be legal to charge for this.
Starting with the facilities: dirty and neglected, in the dream you'll find dead bugs.
We continue with the hotel supplies: in one afternoon the power went out 4 times, I'm talking about one afternoon but it was in 1 hour.
The breakfast is poor.
The rooms are a mess. Dirty floors, stained sheets, the shower full of lime, the shower curtain multicoloured (see photos).
When I arrived and saw the room I asked to change rooms to a clean one, to no one's surprise they gave me a room exactly the same as the one they had wiped clean.
I recommend coming on Halloween if you want to go to the hotel of horrors.

My stay was really really good, quick responses from reception, friendly staffs, clean rooms, good room service. Overall everything was good with my stay. Talking about restaurant and food, it was awesome!! Daily they had different menu and everything was so delicious, especially milkshakes in the morning, muffins, desserts etc., the staffs were really kind and welcoming, special mention to restaurant manager - Dhanesh, and serving staffs - Prakhar and Iqbal Chauhan. Overall had really good food experience!! Really recommended for corporate bookings as well as for other people too!

Bad experience with Room maintenance - I informed the housekeeping staff to clean the room as I left in the morning, later when arrived in the evening everything remained as it was. Bath towels not changed, hand towels not provided, House keeping staff do not understand any language other than Hindi, I had to ask for the necessities, Even room service - dinner plates were not cleared. Shampoo/conditioner/handwash containers were over. I work late in US time, only 2 normal tea & bru sachets were provided, no options of variants of Tea like green tea etc. Informed the staff at reception, later Supervisor Bablu came over and checked and cleaned the place and provided all necessary stuff. I feel there was shortage of staff . He was very understanding and was providing guidance to his staff. Morning breakfast is very basic, stuff was cold, Ginger in Bangalore , whitefield was better, this place at Noida sector133 very bad experience. Breakfast - Vivek,vikas, Tident, Prakar really managed well though the Breakfast was not that great. Veg/ non veg sections not different. Reception - staff are really slow in handling things. I thank the Bablu for smooth stay.

Superb Service overall. Nothing to complain. Iqbal Chauhan was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Food is delicious and hygienic as well. Its nearer to a mall and so very convenient for shopping. Will recommend to everybody.
