Very welcoming structure, helpful and kind staff, really nice apartment, essential, clean, modern and king size bed, they redid our room for 3 days, more or less halfway through our stay, excellent value for money, excellent location, halfway between Paris and Disneyland, RER a few meters away

Unacceptable, paid more than 1000€ rent for that. The common areas are disgusting, the elevator is dirty (garbage juice, laundry, ...), the laundry room is upside down and very dirty for a place where you wash your clothes. In addition, some residents play music loudly until late at night every day of the week without any reaction from the staff.
