第一次入住四季酒店，就被驚訝到了，衞生間乾淨無瑕，坐便潔凈，床品睡着特別舒服，房間辦公桌特別實用，服務一流，是旅遊辦公理想選擇，下次還會再來

回老家過年親戚家住不下，朋友推薦定了新家老牌子酒店。本來以為很愉快度過除夕。結果是最糟糕的除夕。電視卡的幾十年沒見過的卡，前台衹説全樓衹有一個網絡等洗浴人少了就好了。結果除夕就是卡頓的春晚，除夕早晨還停了水，出了一會泥水。前台服務真不專業，還不如客房。真是太糟糕的過年。走遍全國酒店還是第一次遇到網絡和電視如此差的，太失望。

設施：酒店環境不錯，還有洗浴和汗蒸
衞生：衞生比較乾淨，感覺五年的酒店和新開的一樣
服務：從前台到洗浴服務員很熱情，耐心幫助孩子幫助長者，很滿意

在這住了五六天酒店環境不錯，還贈送洗浴優惠券，洗浴裏面汗蒸游泳都有，房間温度很好夠大很乾凈，孩子挺喜歡在這玩的，前台小姐姐很熱情，五星好評
