The breakfast and bbq dinner food was good but the restaurant price was expensive. The jetty is closed so its extra boring. The place is getting more run down and in need for repairs, there was food left outside the room and wasn't cleared for 3 days. Need to wait for a long time for the shuttle bus，you are better off taking your own grab given that you have to pay more for the shuttle service. Also the hair conditioner is very bad. There are still sharp things in the pool.

The staffs are all very friendly specifically the beautiful reception staff names Lady are very helpful and cheerful .
Just note that the cleannesses in the room need improvement and a lot of mosquitoes too.
Overall still recommend for a short weekend visit and we will be back again soon .

Second time booking the Riani Beachfront.. Place is Showing signs of wear and tear. Nevertheless it's a peaceful and serene place to unwind. Be prepared for insects as the it's as close to nature as it can get. Hotel staffs are warm, welcoming and very approachable.
It's not representative of the typical Batam experience (i.e. shopping) but an excellent place for retreat for those who wish to reconnect with themselves. If it helps The city centre is 30 minutes away but it is easy and cheap to book a grab (Back and forth $30 maximum)
Breakfast was a delicious array of authentic Indonesian dishes.. But could do with more variety / change of menu on daily basis. Hopefully I could try the sunset BBQ Buffet offer on my next visit.

It’s my third time to Turi and it’s another great stay again. The staff were excellent and the rooms were nice, spacious and had a great sea view. However, I booked the room on the Tirta Wing but got the Riani room instead which was disappointing. Still, the Riani room was more private and the toilet was much more spacious. Hope to return again and thank you for the warm hospitality.

Good service from friendly staff. However we encounter bed bugs on our first night there. Staff was able to arrange for a room change promptly. Housekeeping should conduct thorough cleaning regularly.

The location is nice but the rooms bathroom is already old, stains on the shower floor is visible but all in it is a good experience...
