The hotel is well located. But this stay was one of the worst I've had at this hotel.
First of all, it's not a hotel. When I arrived there was no one there, no check-in instructions. I had to call trip.com who contacted the owner and got my room number.
Then, I had booked a room overlooking the hotel, I received a room at the back of the house (view of the back wall).. and still impossible to contact anyone from this hotel. The number provided does not work.
The equipment is old and damaged
There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom that I couldn't get rid of because it crawled under the bathroom vanity every night.
Finally, the worst was the bedding. The sheets were not washed and smelled horrible (I think they don't wash them after every guest). The pillows are discolored and filled with dust mite and dirt.
In summary, I do not recommend this establishment even if it is well located.

Clean, provides the basics. Shower was hot; cold water only at bathroom sink. Kitchen sink needs hot water to help with cleanup. Bedding was comfortable5 minute walk to SuperFoods plaza. 10 minute walk to beach. Bike rentals nearby. Pool was nice. Needs a better TV/cable.
