Our 2nd stay at Aruba blue village and definitely won’t be our last!
The staff are incredible, cannot praise them highly enough from the management who is always available right through to the girls on the check in desk and the guys in the restaurant, nothing is too much trouble.
It isn’t particularly close to the beach or the old town however the hotel provide a shuttle to eagle beach, palm beach & the old town every day, the driver,Anthony is a lovely guy. The girls on reception are also able to book taxis and can arrange a transfer to the airport or some of the further away beaches if you don’t have a rental car. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Pools are kept immaculate.
The only downside is the restaurant is only open for breakfast (which is fantastic btw) and again at 5pm for dinner with a good selection of meals available very reasonably priced. And there is a supermarket a 7 or 8 minute walk away where you can buy what you need for a quick sandwich if you decide you want a couple of pool days but generally if you have gone to the beach you’ll likely eat out.
Overall if you’re looking for a nice friendly and clean place to stay and aren’t overly fussed about being in an all action area (which let’s face it, Aruba is about relaxing!) then this is a perfect base for a great holiday at a great price

GGuest UserThe hotel was good for the price we paid. The rooms had been updated, the air conditioning worked great. The overall cleanliness was good. Our friends did have an issue as it didn’t appear their room was cleaned upon arrival. They didn’t make a fuss. The pool area (bar) needs to be updated as it looked like it was rusted.
The staff was super nice and very helpful with recommendations. The hotel was located in a great location and it was 1 block from the beach. If traveling with friends and looking for a good hotel for a good value - I would recommend.

GGuest UserWe had been to this Hilton many times and are familiar with the property. However, this time we got an upgrade to a suite and that was super cool! It was fabulous and super spacious. All of the people are always so helpful and happy to help you. You can never go wrong with the Hilton Aruba it’s first class service and one of the private beach areas still around with out all the commercial Watersport businesses on the beach property. This Hilton is totally relaxing and beautiful!!

GGuest UserBeds are very comfortable and pool is wonderful a great spot if you want a short walk to the beach about 10-15 mins nice neighbourhood pretty garden but most of all Carlos service and going the extra mile to accommodate us as our flights where delayed he stored our bags and was always happy to help. A great option for that budget Aruba traveller.
My only suggestion would have coffee in the room.

SSilvaThe hotel's beach is excellent. The staff are always very polite and helpful. The amenities in our room were also of excellent quality (the same did not happen with a couple of friends who traveled with us and stayed at the same hotel). A great breakfast and the hotel's restaurants serve good dishes. Simple gym, but very clean and capable of carrying out basic training. I would stay at the hotel again.

YYINGCHONGOriginally called The Mill Resort, there is a windmill next to it. Since turning into a Courtyard, the overall tone has improved and the service seems to be average. Room service only cleaned the floor and changed bath towels. Every day, the sun loungers by the pool were filled with bath towels by American aunts. Room facilities are good, there is a small refrigerator and microwave, bathroom space is very spacious. The beggar room that I set up did not eat at the hotel. The breakfast at the Mimosa restaurant under the windmill was about $ 10, which is more cost-effective than having a buffet breakfast at the hotel.
