Cuddly house that really deserves the name ROMANTIK hotel. Especially the very friendly staff should be emphasized. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only the parking and charging price for the car (hybrid) were a bit excessive.

Hotel Reichshof is run in a traditional manner but I did find the check in a bit cold. It is a lovely hotel with charming rooms. Our beds were not made for the second night??? I understand that they are influenced with the idea of doing the most to keep the environment but find some other way of doing it. The breakfast buffet is large and very good and so is the kitchen in the evenings but to prepare a freshly made fried egg is too much trouble and one has to be content with the half warm/cold egg premade. The cake and coffee possibility in the late afternoon serves cake from the day before and only what is left - but the staff are willing to help.

Es war mal wieder ein rundum schöner Urlaub im Romantikhotel Reichshof in Norden. Morgens gibt es ein leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Bei Marmeladen und Nuss-Nougat-Creme stehen hausgemachte Produkte im Vordergrund. Es wird auf Regionalität und Nachhaltigkeit geachtet. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erkunden: zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad, per Bus oder auch mit dem Auto. Wenn man mal keine Idee hat, wo es hingehen soll, gibt es im Kaminzimmer eine Pinnwand, an der andere Gäste ihre Ausflüge geteilt haben. Nachmittags gibt es die Möglichkeit zu Kaffee und Kuchen im Haus oder im Schlossparkcafé Lütetsburg. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Indoor-Pool, einen großzügigen, sehr schönen Saunabereich und einen sehr schönen Garten mit Liegen. Die Küche im zum Hotel gehörenden Restaurant Heimisch (der Name ist Programm) ist hervorragend und ich erhielt mit meiner Zöliakie immer sicher glutenfreies Essen (im Rahmen der gebuchten Halbpension mal 3-Gang-Menüs mit Auswahl zwischen Fleisch, Fisch oder vegetarisch, mal eine größere Auswahlkarte, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war). Für Kinder gibt es eine separate Karte. Insgesamt besteht eine lockere, herzliche Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlen kann. In allen Bereichen sehr nette Mitarbeiter, die man immer ansprechen kann. Man kann gar nicht alles aufzählen… Erholung pur! Daher ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ und ein definitives „wir kommen wieder!“

Ich reise wirklich ganz viel. So ein stimmiges Konzept gibt es selten. Sehr schönes, wohnliches Zimmer mit grossem, topsauberem Bad. Wenn es noch eine Regendusche gäbe, wäre das prima, ist aber wohl bauseitig kaum machbar. Der Wellnessbereich ist etwas verwinkelt, aber ebenfalls super gepflegt. Ein Gradmesser für Sauberkeit sind dort die Duschen: dort ist nichts verkalkt, die Duschköpfe sind pieksauber und gepflegt. Tauchbecken auf der Dachterrasse! Sehr ordentliches Frühstück in einem sehr schön holzvertäfelten Raum. Zeitungen hängen zur Bedienung am Haken. Angenehme Mitarbeiter/-innen. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, ist selber schuld!

Ich hatte ein großes Superior DZ mit sehr bequemen Betten und riesigem Bad. Es gibt einen aparten Saunabereich über mehrere Etagen mit einer 60 und einer 90° Sauna, verschiedenen Ruhebereichen, auch draußen. Im gesamten Haus findet man Obstkörbe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten uns mehr von Norden/Norddeich und dem Reichshof versprochen. Das Zimmer Superior war gut von der Aufteilung. Der alte Aufzug etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war okay. Im Wellnessbereich wurde tagsüber nicht geschaut, ob alles in Ordnung ist; da fehlten schon mal die Handtücher. Irgendwie hatten wir den Eindruck, hier fehlen die Eigentümer, um ab und zu nach dem Rechten zu schauen.

Der Service war gut.Die alten Gebäude sind sehr schön. Leider gab es in den von uns gebuchten Zimmern keinerlei Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern.Keine Möglichkeit zu lüften in den Abendstunden,weil keinerlei Insektenschutz an den Fenstern.Entweder sehr warm oder Moskitosplage.Das war sehr bedauerlich und hat den Genuss sehr eingeschränkt.

Wir haben eine Woche im Romantik Hotel Reichshof bei ÜF verbracht. Bei der Buchung des Zimmers hat es ein Missverständnis gegeben so das wir bei Anreise nicht im System zu finden, sondern erst für einen Monat später eingetragen waren. Dieser Umstand wurde von den Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption aber gleich hervorragend gelöst, d.h. zwei Nächte in der gewünschten Kategorie, dann einmal für eine Nacht ein Ausweichhotel, und dann wieder zurück in die gebuchte Kategorie. Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert. Zum Zimmer: Wir hatten ein Komfortzimmer welches von Größe und Ausstattung unserer Erwartung entsprach. Einzige die Lage (Zimmernummer 38) war suboptimal, direkt zur Fußgängerzone gelegen im 1. OG mit Sitz und Spielgelegenheit unterhalb der Fenster. Somit war bei sommerlichen Temperaturen auch in den Abendstunden immer ein Grundrauschen unterhalb unseres Zimmers als auch in den Nacht von halbstarken die in der Fußgängerzone unterwegs sind. Das Frühstück ist absolut empfehlenswert, qualitativ hochwertige regionale Produkte, alles ist beschriftet. Der Kaffee wird am Tisch serviert und stammt von der Norder Kaffeemanufaktur von der anderen Straßenseite. Die Servicekräfte sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit wenn Fragen aufkommen. Das Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt, allerdings den Saunabereich. Die Auswahl und das Ambiente der Saunen ist gut, was leider nicht auf den Außenbereich der Saunen zutrifft. Hier sollten die Büsche und Hecken einmal zurückgeschnitten werden und auch das Tauchbecken ist wenig einladend. Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Der Parkplatz für 9, € pro Tag ist ausreichend groß und es gibt genügend Platz für Fahrräder etc. inkl. einem abschließbaren Bereiches.
