Thank you for the maintenance and cleaning team. Everything in the room is sparking clean, including the toaster and coffee machine. It looks like a brand new. The design of the bathroom is bravo! Highly recommend.

Adelaide is in the palm of your hand. This hotel is in the north. It takes four stops by bus to the city center, and it takes about 25 minutes to walk. There are direct trains to the market. It is surrounded by places to eat. I booked a room with a balcony, can sleep four people, have a refrigerator and so on. be quiet. Bottled water is charged, but there are tips. The hotel restaurant is good. A family of four definitely does not need an extra bed. Recommended.

The room is clean and bright, with complete facilities. However, there is no elevator and it is a bit difficult to carry a large suitcase. Parking is charged, but you can park for free on the street at night. Free bus No. 98 at the door, 15 minutes to city Chinatown

perfect location within walking distance of o Connell st .. the easiest check in and out experience I’ve ever had !! Very clean and tidy with a touch of luxe with mor toiletries!! Cheap mini bar options compared to so many other hotels .. highly recommend and would stay again !!

As soon as the children enter the hotel, they don't want to leave. It is very suitable for a family to travel. It adds a lot of surprises to our trip. It is a good hotel experience. It is estimated that the children will ask to stay again.

It was a little confusing having to go somewhere else to pick up the keys, and finding the carpark was tough… no lift I could find. And i couldn’t pick the level of our suite for the really cheap last minute booking price… but let’s be honest i managed to get it for under $100AUS and it was way better than I thought I could get for that price!

An anniversary celebration in the city. Location was beautiful and very easily accessible by foot or electric scooter (which I loved). Hotel was exceptionally clean, loved the lay out. Rooms well designed and beds very comfortable. The restaurant was gorgeous with views of the oval. My deducted points are merely because we were unable to get a drink when the bar closed at around 10.30pm (sat night) and we were unable to be served in reception (unsure why as they had a dmall bar too). The hotel is truly beautiful. I was happy with one night, more than one and I would be missing a swimming pool in that environment. Staff were lovely, professional and courteous.

Because the air conditioner at home was broken, I stayed for three nights. The hotel was very old, the carpets were dark, the rooms were large, there was a bathtub, the hotel had free parking, and there was a small swimming pool in the parking lot.
