The room was okay I was there for I visited the city for work so it served its purpose

Our TV never worked, and when we complained, they said “ that TV never works right” Instead of either offering us a discount or move to a better room, they offered us nothing to compensate. Very disappointing, and not good costumer service. Also, the room had many undesirable features, such as a dirty bath tub, cracked floor tiles with grunge on them, stained bed sheets, missing drawer, broken bathroom counter top, botched patch work on ceiling, electrical TV wiring exposed. Also, no coffee maker in room, and the breakfast they offered was nothing more than OJ, coffee, and pre packed low grade rolls… I was however happy with my check in process, the gentleman was actually very nice and funny. But with all the defects this room displayed….I would not recommend a stay here, and remember, you don’t always get what you pay for!
