"The hotel was nice. The front desk was very helpful. My only problem with Trip.com they don’t pay the hotel. This is the second time I used the website and it was an issue where the hotel charged my credit card for the night I stayed when I had already paid thru Trip.com. So I’m in the process of trying to get a refund. I will not be using Trip.com for future trips. I will book directly thru the hotel site. One more thing the hotel site was cheaper than Trip.com "

"Stayed for four consecutive nights. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It is about 4 miles away from the center of New York. It is very convenient. The house price is much cheaper than in the city center. The breakfast downstairs is also very good. The room is big enough."

"Booked this for 3 weeks for my girlfriend.
I stayed sometimes as well.
Most of the front desk staff are fantastic except for the older short asian lady with glasses. Bad temperament and service but I guess that’s her demeanor.
Also, housekeeping staff never knocked on our door -most don’t speak a word of English.
Ofherwise, fantastic stay. Has gym, netflix, price is affordable ($200 a night for suite). My goto in North Bergen!"

"Overall it's very good, the transportation and location are very convenient to New York! We stayed for seven nights. One night, the drainage in the bathroom suddenly blocked. After taking a shower, water flooded the entire room. We called hotel staff. It turned out that the drain hole was blocked by the hair of the tenant who had not known how many nights. But the problem It was quickly resolved by the housekeeping staff. Although the housekeeping staff used our bath towels to wipe the floor... overall I highly recommend this hotel!"

"I had a comfortable stay in the quiet and clean interior. The lobby is on the 6th floor, the rooms are on the 7th to 10th floors, and there are two elevators, but only one was working, so it was disappointing that it took a long time to move.
The Manhattan ferry stop was right in front, so it was convenient."

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in New Jersey, the room facilities are similar to the hotel, the facilities are relatively simple.
The location is not very good, the surrounding environment feels a bit poor. The traffic is not very convenient, there is no subway around, although the distance to Manhattan is not far, but the taxi needs to pay $20 in addition to the fare of the tunnel, so the cost is quite expensive. At night, the taxi is out of the city, the driver does not give the watch, the price is very outrageous. The lights and USB sockets in the room are bad, and the front desk can't solve it, so let yourself find a way. The quality of the service staff is not very good. The room rate plus the taxi fee can be found a hotel of the same level closer to the city. Unless you are going to work nearby, it is not recommended to live.

GGuest UserWe are free to face the high cost of accommodation in Manhattan. It is a wise choice to choose this hotel outside the island. It is a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the transportation hub. The bus to New York is very common. 30 minutes to New York Times Square. Hotel health is good, breakfast is rich, service is good.
