Tivoli Grand is a beautiful resort, perfect for weddings and other grand functions. The venue boasts lush greenery, spacious banquet halls, and well-maintained outdoor areas, making it an excellent choice for celebrations. The ambiance is serene and elegant, adding charm to any event. However, the service is average and could be improved to match the premium pricing. While the staff is courteous, response times can be slow. Overall, if you're looking for a scenic and well-equipped venue for weddings or functions and don’t mind paying a bit extra, 1*Cleanliness*: "The rooms and common areas were spotless! Overall my experience was amazing.Pramod ji the housing person he was too respectful and dedicated for his work. He organised the room nicely. The room and bathroom both were clean and well organized. I love their service. Workers are so soft-spoken and respectful. I would like to appreciate Front office Team as he was extremely considerate towards the customers staying in the hotel. These things matter as going the extra mile to ensure customers comfort is very important . Unlike a few who don’t care.

Our experience at Tivoli Resort, Alipur, on February 12-13 was very disappointing. We booked 80 rooms for two days, but the management failed to provide even basic hospitality. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were leaking and had a bad smell, and the surroundings were untidy. Their card machine was also not working, which caused inconvenience. Such mismanagement is unacceptable for a venue that hosts big events. However, we appreciate Mr. Bhavnish for decorating the venue beautifully. His hard work made the space look amazing, from the stage setup to the floral arrangements. The lighting and colors created a great atmosphere for our guests. A big thank you to Chef Mr. Narender and Mr. Prakash for the delicious food. Every dish was full of flavor, and our guests enjoyed it a lot. Their dedication was truly appreciated. We also thank Mr. Amit for his help in managing everything smoothly. His support made a big difference in handling the arrangements. Though the overall hospitality was disappointing, the décor, food, and efforts of these individuals were the best part of our event.

The Tivoli in Delhi offers a fantastic stay with its elegant decor, top-tier amenities, and outstanding customer service. The peaceful ambiance and attentive staff make it a perfect choice for a luxurious getaway. Highly recommended!!
