We were impressed with the facilities in our room, could easily make a meal with the tableware, pans, and cooker and microwave provided. We had a sofa as well as a table and chairs. The room was very clean, bathroom large and modern, and the bed very comfortable. It was very useful to also have a restaurant on site. Reception staff and restaurant staff were delightful and very helpful. Altogether a totally positive experience.

Good location on the edge of town but near superstore. Really nice chalet, very clean and well equipped. Great shower and heating. Lovely view (sea view chalet). Staff were, as always, friendly, helpful and professional. I’ve stayed here before and will certainly do so again.

The rooms are so comfortable. They are modern with everything you need in them, although the welcome packs could be a bit more better as the kitchen extras are clean but used. The staff are so friendly. I visited the shop on Tuesday and the girl behind the counter is so friendly and so funny I spent more time talking to her, she was a new staff member but she made that clear as it could take her a little longer. The only thing was missing was background music in the shop, the bar and reception as it helps to just block out the silence. The food in monkey puzzle is incredible. You can tell by entering this resort they are making so many changes and they are working so hard. Thank you again

Overall I would definitely stay again. The staff are all so friendly, check-in is so easy and communication before you arrive is great. Although more information about the park on arrival would be nice. The shop must be new, didn't use it as tesco is 2 minutes up the road but although it stocks very little the coffee smelt nice. Didn't use the restaurant as booked somewhere else with family but the menu looked good and well priced. Pool wasn't open. Alot of building work going on but don't let them stop you from staying here as I didn't hear them and it just means so much improvements are been made. It's lacks some atmosphere but again improvements are been made so maybe it's in the pipe line. But overall I've told my work colleagues about this place as the location is perfect. But I will say this and it is so nice to hear, when staff are working around site all you hear is laughter and it's so nice, it just proves they are happy in their jobs and they work great as a team.
