Awesome place and people.. the vibe of this place is soo peaceful, so calm, so much belongingness.. the staff is well trained..property is beautifully maintained , cottages give really luxury feel.. and prices are really affordable .. must visit resort..

I stayed here for two days in room no. 705. The resort is built on a small piece of land with few cottages in line. There is no lake view, although it is beside a lake. The ambience of the room is good as it's wooden. The room is clean and medium size. The bathroom was clean and spacious. You get hot water during day and not at night. -There is no phone in the room so every time you need something, you need to go to the reception. -AC during the day doesn't seem to do the cooling. Luckily fan is given -Cupboard and bathroom door doesn't close properly. -No chair, table, drawer given to keep anything. Only one cupboard is there - In bathroom only soap and shampoo provided. Tissues not provided. - A small bottle of water was provided during check-in. - They do not provide kettle which is fine. But to charge Rs 25 to heat a beer mug of water was ridiculous. Normally no hotel charges money to heat water. - The biggest problem is the room is dimly lit. During the night the ambience looks great but during the day.... you struggle for light. - The only option is to open the main door curtains. Now, that's not possible coz people walk outside and can have full view of the room. - There is good space to sit out in the garden On the whole its an average hotel. If you are on budget travel then its a good place.

Beautiful property with ample space for party with a lake view .. beach is too so near.. delicious food .. always fun coming here ..!! Staff is so friendly and helping .. !! They have wooden cottages with music and restaurant food ..!!

Visited this place like two days back, and I'm so happy that my friend suggested me this property.. the food, the natural beauty, the garden, the sitting areas, everything is just beyond expectations. Thank u Arun and Ankush for making this experience best for us.

В первую ночь проживания кто-то зашёл в номер ночью (дверь- купе единственный вход в номер, окна отсутствуют), взял сумочку, она лежала посередине комнаты на полке под телевизором, в которой лежали деньги, выгреб все до копейки , а именно 800 долларов, 3500 рублей, 25 долларов по одному доллару и кинул сумочку на чемодан, который стоял на выходе из номера. Ночью ничего не слышали. Муж крепко спит, а я в берушах сплю. Утром мы это заметили, когда проснулись, что сумочка уже пустая валялась на выходе на чемодане. Пошли на ресепшен. Там ответили, что камеры не работают (хотя камера висит прямо на входе в номер, если бы она работала увидеть преступника не было бы проблем), и полицию они вызвать не могут. В итоге мы без единой копейки денег в самом начале отдыха. Практически заставили их через два часа вызвать полицию, почему это стоило таких усилий - непонятно. По русски никто не говорит, всё через транслейтер. Полиция приехала, сделала фото, отвезли в полицейский участок, составили заявление. Владелец отеля вечером «любезно» предоставил нам на оплату ужина 2500 рупий. Хотя именно он несет ответственность за кражу. Весь отель обклеен наклейками «ведется видеонаблюдение», а по факту ни одна камера не работает. Видимо кто-то из персонала зная, что камера не работает и проник ночью, чтобы совершить кражу. Итог: Напрочь испорченный отдых без денег. День кражи полностью провели в полиции. Никому не советую данный отель. Это проходной двор, заходи и бери что хочешь. Сотрудники отеля бездействуют. Не работает смыв унитаза, рядом стоит ведро с ковшиком. Горячую воду надо «ловить» по часам. Вай фай почти не ловит в номере, хотя у нас самый близкий номер к ресепшену был. Завтрак надо выпрашивать. Они очень удивлены, что надо подавать завтрак, притом что он включён в стоимость. Мы его не ели, несъедобный. Избегайте этого отеля как огня! Путешествуем очень много ( в Гоа не впервые), но такого с нами нигде, ни в одной стране не происходило.
