Stayed this hotel due to full house at Harris. Location wise not so good as nothing much nearby. During my stay, the hotel was packed with students and children and the noise level is so much high even past midnight. Room sound proofing was almost 0. Will not stay again unless no other choice.

Hotel out look is modern , inside is clean , room is big Nice lobby and restaurant. Food is good. View is peace, hotel staff is nice.

Hotel is considered well located. Getting around is easy and nearby shopping malls .

Booked last minutes and for the location reason only, for emergency for 11 nights. Had to moved to another hotel after 2 nights and lost the money paid, the hotel is a run down hotel, paints and corner walls are peeling off. Taps on wash basin and shower are not installed properly, a small room and there was cockroach in the room, the pillows and pillowcases are stained yellowish. Definitely not a hotel I would recommend unless you are desperate and had no place to go. It’s a 3 star hotel but cleanliness is a doubt, not sure why it had such a high review ratings in Trip APP.

The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained, but the pool area got quite crowded during peak hours. A larger pool or more seating would have been ideal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend [Hotel Name] to others. With a few small improvements, this could easily become a 5-star experience!
