"Check in was good.
Room AC were hot. 1 room had noisy AC, although the technician tried to fix it but didn’t make much difference.
I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room only had 2 large towels (no hand/face towels) so I asked for extra towels for the kids but housekeeping said there were charges for extra towels. Exchanging wet towels was the other option. It was a huge minus for me. Please note that families with KIDS wash hands dozens of times a day…
Breakfast menu was very standard in taste and variety.
Slide was scary in my opinion. Either the slide surface or too little water, even small kids had trouble sliding down
Thankfully they had face painting and balloon shaping on Sunday. That was the memorable part for the kids"

"Masya Allah, the cottage is complete, you can play bicycles, play basketball, playground, swimming pool is also very clean, the view is directly to the beach.
The drawback is that inside the cottage you can't play on the beach.. So if you want to go to the beach to play sand and waves you have to get out of Ancol mermaid first
Thank God, barakallahu too, because I once refunded a trip.com hotel room, gave a bonus coin worth almost 550 thousand, so I added 188 thousand to be able to stay at Ancol mermaid.

"Everything is okeeee.. it's just a pity that from the beginning, I didn't get the information that the booking through this application couldn't get Amethyst or toothbrush soap supplies etc. When I asked, I was explained and actually able to pay Amethyst 10.000 for 2 people if you listen to it. I just wanted to check out the next day, if I was in the information from the beginning I would have chosen 10.000 to the Amethyst."

YYong LiangI recently had the opportunity to stay at the Mercure Hotel PIK from May 25th to May 30th, 2025, and overall, it was a mixed experience.
**Location:**
The hotel’s location is undoubtedly its strong suit. It is conveniently situated next to PIK Avenue, which offers a plethora of dining options and massage places, making it easy to explore the local area and enjoy a variety of activities.
**Room:**
The room itself was generally good, but I found it to be a bit on the smaller side. The lighting in the room left quite a bit to be desired; it was rather poorly lit, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Improvement in lighting would certainly enhance the comfort level of the rooms.
**Bathroom:**
One of the most concerning issues during my stay was the cleanliness of the shower area. It did not appear to be well-maintained by the housekeeping staff, and I noticed a persistent bad smell each time I stepped into the shower. This was quite disappointing and needs urgent attention from hotel management.
**Amenities:**
I also found the provision of only one set of room sandals to be lacking, especially given that I was traveling with my wife. I had to call the front desk to request an additional pair, which felt a bit inconvenient.
In summary, while the Mercure Hotel PIK has a fantastic location and comfortable accommodations, there are several areas that require improvement in terms of room size, lighting, cleanliness, and attention to detail regarding amenities. With some enhancements, it could provide a much better experience for guests in the future.

GGeriGood and convenient of your meetings are in mall of indonesia. However traffic in and out of location is bad which means hard to get drivers. Saving grace is mall downstairs. The rooms were good enough for me. Somewhat old and ti e for a refresh but the bed and the bolster was much appreciated and great.

The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of local and international dishes. The dining staff were attentive, making sure everything was well-stocked. I just wish the coffee could have been better—it felt a little weak compared to what I expected.
The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained, but the pool area got quite crowded during peak hours. A larger pool or more seating would have been ideal.

I had a little bad experience while swimming because there was no one to guard I took the flamingo float but a few minutes after using it the new staff came and said it was paid. Varied breakfast and other experiences are quite enjoyable

AAngelFor people travelling with cars need to pay parking voucher to get unlimited access instead of free parking as complementary hotel facility. Service is ok, would appreciate if hotel can provide separate shampoo and body wash instead of 2 in 1 shampoo and bodywash. Cleanliness is ok.

DDee JayFor family with elderly and young children, location is not ideal but it's not that bad if it's just for adults. Even though it's a non-smoking room, when we checked in, the smoke smell is quite strong. Issue is with the guests before, not the hotel. Overall a good stay and will stay there again. The pool is fantastic.

GGuest UserBad review! A deposit of 250 yuan was inexplicably deducted! I booked 2 rooms, and another colleague booked 2 rooms. When we checked in that night, we were required to pay a deposit of 250 yuan per room before we could check in. We couldn't see anyone, so we had to transfer the money via WeChat. Then, probably because they used WeChat accounts from overseas, they kept saying it was a scam, so we didn't dare to transfer the money. He wouldn't give us the key without the deposit, and it took 40 minutes to get us all into the room. After checking out, another colleague was fined 500 yuan for smoking on the balcony. That colleague only paid a deposit of 250 yuan, but the deposit was deducted from me. It was so inexplicably cruel. The 332 yuan room instantly became 582. I was so angry.
