I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit during a business trip and overall found it to be a convenient and well‑priced option. The location is excellent—it’s literally above Emporium Pluit Mall, offering endless dining and retail choices right downstairs. The staff were courteous and efficient, from reception to breakfast service.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Breakfast was simple but good. Overall, a nice place to stay and good value for money.

The sheets and pillows were not very clean on the first and second day of our stay...

Room is very clean, location is very strategically located before muara karang raya Street which is full of restaurants and food market. Pluit Mall just across the road, all can be accessed within walking distance. the only downside is the TV is not working, its turn on but there is no channel or any pay subscription.

The service is very good. The room can open large windows, suitable for smoking. The waiter is very enthusiastic, the front desk is also good, there is a sauna next to it, the room is large, but the pillow is not too comfortable

I had a good stay at the hotel for 1 night, the room was clean, bright and spacious and everything was quite new. The hotel is still in the soft launch stage and the gym and the laundry room is still under construction. Will definitely come back again when I'm in the PIK area. Pros: love that they have multiple light that gave the room a classy vibes and was conducive for doing some work and relaxing. The breakfast is Chinese style food which has a live la mien station. There were a few stir fry dishes (mala fish etc.), steam pau, fruits section, and even Chinese boiled soup. Room for improvement: The room window was not sound proof enough to block out the sound of some vehicles moving at night. But the hotel did provide ear plugs by the bedside table. The bathroom is an open concept style and the doors are transparent, so if you're staying with a friend or family member of opposite gender, they'll need to hangout at the sofa area or on the bed.

The room was small and windowless, but relatively clean and new overall. Breakfast consisted of a coupon for bread from a dessert shop, which was better than nothing. The location was okay, though it was subject to traffic, so overall it was okay.

Excellent stay & highly recommended It’s truly felt like home, even away from home, the room smell so fresh and very clean, the host provided all amenities, sandal, laundry bag, toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, towel and very comfortable bed. Lucky, I got to see beautiful sky after raining from the balcony. The fast internet, big TV to watch free netflix, Max, prime video and premium youtube. Will come back again to stay for sure.

Stayed at Gold Coast PIK Sea View Apartments. Great spot—close to the airport, shops, food, and the sea. Room was clean and roomy, with a kitchenette. Love the pool and gym too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good value. Just be ready for some wait during check-in and check-out for key and deposit handling.
