If you want a snowy view from your room then this hotel is perfect for you, room have all necessary eminites with bed warmer. Food was also delicious. Staff was so friendly and helpful specially mr bittu khan from housekeeping Thank you I am going to visit again

The room was clean and well maintained. They provided room heater and bed warmer. The geyser was also working fine and no issues with the hot water for bath. When they say rooms with balcony then be aware that the balcony is a standing balcony. You can’t put a chair to sit in the balcony as it doesn’t have enough space. The breakfast is disappointed. There are not much options in breakfast and the items which were served didn’t taste good.

Excellent hospitality provided by mount babul shangri-la and felt good excellent staff and one of the best place to stay in lachung. Friendly. accommodating staff willing to help with a smile and good looking room. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners. He was very helpful and polite Show less

Very nice hotel with all the required amenities.. very thoughtful of the hotel to include heating pads in each room for the beds.. ***** with room heaters .. Rooms were quite large with ample space for seating and relaxing .. very tasty food and above all the hotel staff was very polite and welcoming .. Beautiful stream by the hotel adds to the serenity.. over all an amazing hotel amidst beautiful mountains ..
