Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport Tower Road

Best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed at in the US, and I have stayed at many over the years. The hotel is new and everything is modern, clean, and functional. The staff, shoutout to Tammi at the front desk and the Saturday morning breakfast team (sorry I don't remember their names) was professional and friendly. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, the fitness center well-equipped, and breakfast was excellent. The room was well-appointed and quiet. The airport shuttle was easy to arrange, and the hotel is located near a variety of eating places and several convenience stores. I have stayed at many hotels in the Denver Airport area, and if I have the opportunity to stay in the area again, I will choose the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport Tower Road.

Well the staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful. I called them from the airport twice, first to request the hotel shuttle, then again because I couldn’t find the place they told me to meet. Both times I called they were very patient with me and helpful. When I arrived, I found I had made my reservation to the incorrect hotel. The manager patiently walked me through the process to cancel incorrect reservation, then helped me book their hotel through my Hilton Honors app. I did not have my phone charger, yet the young lady at the front desk let me use her personal charger. The shuttle to the airport was right on schedule. Absolutely will stay at this property again.
