Newly refurbished room with everything you could want from a basic motel. Only criticism would be the height of the bed. I'm 5ft 1 inch and felt like I was climbing! Toiletries were a nice touch of good quality with a nice smell. Room was on the quieter side of the building which was a bonus. Nearby restaurant is not good so alternative reccomendations would have been welcome.

I'm a fan of Premier Inns - and this one kept up the high scores. The hotel was as ever simple and not luxurious, but all the facilities you need are in the room, the rooms are clean and tidy and above all, the hotels manage to stay quiet so that you can get a good night's sleep. There's a pub next door which serves food, although by the time I got there (9.30pm) the kitchen had closed. Breakfast is available in the hotel.

We stayed in this Premier in on 7th Feb as it was perfectly located for a family celebration nearby. The service we received during our stay was fantastic and we cannot fault it at all. The rooms we had were located next to each other and a lovely spacious size compared to other locations. They were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Ay breakfast, Jackie was exceptional and made us fresh eggs and couldn't be anymore welcoming! We were also looked after by Jo and I have to say we received some of the best customer service from them that we've ever experienced. Will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Northampton!

We stay at this hotel every other month to visit family, the staff are always very friendly and helpful, the rooms are immaculate, and the beds are soooooo comfy. The Queen Eleanor pub is a welcome sight too (after a 4 hour journey),with great staff, food and drink too. Keep up the great work!

Jackie (Chef) was great, very accommodating, especially with the children and gave them colouring etc to keep them occupied. Rooms were clean as you’d expect, but very cold. Only one tiny night storage heater which wasn’t enough to warm the room up at all. We’d use again, but just request a different room.

Stayed here for a work trip 23/12/24 arrived around 16:30 check in was made easy and quick with a smile and welcome the room was faultless fresh and clean if it was to hot I cold open windows or turn radiator on for heat. The bath was fantastic nice long deep ish bath to relax in. The bed well it’s premier in it’s always nice and comfortable I did not have no problems at this hotel and it was absolutely perfect….. Breakfast is served big shout out to the chef she done an amazing job cooking breakfast and it was absolute perfection enjoyed every last mouthful well done. All in all this is a perfect little hotel all the staff I have met are friendly Well done again premier inn this is exactly why I choose premier inn than any other hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I came to Northampton ( from Spain ) for a funeral, and we have to say the staff were all very kind , and the service at both reception and at breakfast was exemplary. In particular Jackie at the breakfast bar was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us at this tough time . The room was big and comfortable , we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again Spence & Tracey !

Overall the hotel is good. However the lights keycard device was faulty causing the lights to go out plunging the room into complete darkness and causing me to bang my head trying to find my way back to the door. Reported to reception and apparently they’ve had to replace them in a few rooms already (maybe they should’ve done them all)
