The building feature's 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, 2 large, extra deep, down feather, leather sofas from the luxurious Restoration Hardware, a functioning gas fireplace, a gorgeous bathroom with classic marble hexagon tile, marble sink and counters, full size washer & dryer, and hair dryer. An open floor plan with a spacious full size kitchen that includes a Keurig with complimentary coffee. Each bedroom and living room has a television. WiFi and loads of classic board games are also included in the space. The entire space is furnished with lavish furniture from Restoration Hardware throughout, all aligning with the historic property industrial theme. The large metal beam that runs throughout was our inspiration for this space. It was utilized to hoist soda with manual block & tackle chain hoists. This was the previous site of Kramer's Soda Factory. In keeping with the theme of the building, local artisans were commissioned to create "soda art" for the space that was crucial for us to incorporate in the revitalization process.
