Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Notodden.......such a convenient location...walking distance to all we needed, and honestly, the staff was amazing - above and beyond what you might experience elsewhere. Warm, friendly and so welcoming. Perhaps not the most updated when it comes to the rooms/furniture, however....the important parts....clean, great location, great staff, and the best of all....the breakfast was outstanding......highly recommended....

This is an older property centrally located in Notodden. There is free parking nearby. There are also a few places to eat nearby as well. It is moderately priced for Norway. It includes a great breakfast: both warm food and buffet sandwiches, fruit, etc. There is a bar and places to sit outside. We had a very pleasant stay. It is very close to the UNESCO Industrial Heritage Museum/Art Museum. There is a REMA 1000 in walking distance. There is an elevator to the different floors - we were on the 4th floor with a great view. The bed was comfortable.
