She went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide assistance whenever required, leaving a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was fantastic. Fantastic stay. Staff extremely friendly, especially. John and Dominic who work behind the bar. The rooms are fabulous, showers amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're coming to Nottingham for trip.

My stay was for work and it was lovely. I slept really well in such a comfy bed. I was disappointed by the spa area, the pool water was cold and the jacuzzi water was also cold and not even the slightest bit warm. The breakfast was lovely with such a range to enjoy from. The food in the restaurant just seemed like it’s trying to be too fancy. For the price,there really wasn’t much on the plate and it could have been seasoned more. The bar menu gave more promise than the restaurant so was a shame to have a nice setting but the food just didn’t live up to it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel. The service was great and the staff were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!
