On a business trip, the facilities are a little old, there is no mineral water in the room, but there is a supermarket downstairs

Hotel service is the best , the staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Chef / Yassin ( best chef ever ) Ms / Fawzya , and treated the customers with care and smile . Good wifi connection covers all the hotel . The hotel was very clean , high-quality service , food and beverages were delicious . All around great experience .

Hotel is kind of rundown and little attention is paid to details. The supposedly new rooms are very tiny. The old rooms are big, very spacious (and this is indeed the best feature of the hotel) but furniture is consumed and toilets' window opens on the floor corridor. For the whole duration of our stay tv didn't work, the safe didn't lock and internet was very slow. Breakfast is not really interesting in a closed stinky room, while next to it there is a very nice terrace. I haven't seen other hotels in Nouakchott but this is definitely not a 4 star hotel and in my opinion quite overpriced. I would go somewhere else next time.
