We had a great experience during the three days we spent at the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was great! We really enjoyed the daily salad made with the local grown lettuce. I also appreciated the care they had for my 1 year old food everyday (my only comment would be the limited options for the kids food which was pretty much the same for every meal). The hotel landscape and grounds are beautiful and well kept. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. Regarding the cost, I thought it was a bit too expensive compared to other hotels I’ve stayed with similar experiences but overall it was a great experience!

Perfect stay! Great service, structure, nature, food. Really coulndt say any issues! Went pregnant and with a 1year old, and we had a blast. Great massage. The hotel is inside waterfalls. Really recommend it. Just dont forget to take mosquito spray.

Experiência incrível, lugar lindo, atendimento impecável, refeições sensacionais, café farto, com muita variedade maravilhosa, tudo fresquinho, almoço e jantar deliciosos, uma fogueira a noite que torna tudo ainda mais aconchegante. Resort com muitos atrativos, salão de jogos, quadras poli esportivas, lugar muito bem cuidado, limpeza nota 10, massagem com barulhinho das águas torna tudo ainda mais relaxante. Somente elogios.
