We were at the hotel in a big group. We basically occupied two buildings with studios and three bungalows for an entire week. The staff was extremely helpful and present every time we needed them. Breakfast is a true colonial brunch, really good. It's a walking distance to several good restaurants and pubs, even though it's not close to the city center. All the rooms had a fireplace ready with wood, which was redone every morning in case you decided to use it at night. The swimming pool area is pretty nice, and the hiking trails are not very long or challenging, but worthy to walk around. We are definitely staying there again, and soon, because we are already missing it.

O Villa Flor é um local absurdamente lindo para conexão com a Natureza. São várias trilhas e as hospedagens são ótimas, roupa de cama limpa. O que poderia melhorar é ter recreação para as crianças, com programação diária nos principais feriados pelo menos. Os apartamentos ficam próximos da piscina, ginásio e da praçinha, mas bem longe do café da manhã, tem que ir de carro. Eu fiquei no apartamento especial e a única desvantagem que não tem nenhuma vista e não tem como abrir as cortinas, porque dá para uma propriedade vizinha (bem movimentada) que tem a casa muito próxima da sacada (térreo) do quarto, então você se sente enclausurado. A hidro funciona super bem e o quarto é bem espaçoso. Sobre as piscinas, tem o bar que é ótimo, mas achei estranho que não tem restrição quanto ao uso de copos de vidro naquela área.

As dependências do quarto do apartamento especial é um pouco precária, chuveiro enferrujado, lixeira do banheiro velha, pedestal do espelho enferrujado também, um aparelho de mosquito com bolacha velha e cheia de teia de aranha, colchão velho ( são dois colchões de solteiro, um do lado do outro, você cai no meio dos dois), tem um frigobar com bebida dentro e nenhuma informação de valores das bebidas e você pensa que é cortesia e no fim não é. O que vale a pena é a paisagem. Tem que conferir o poço dos desejos a noite. E outra coisa que vale a pena é o café da manhã.

Um lugar cheio de natureza, bem cuidado, equipe muito gentil. Os sobrados luxos sao otimos. Falta um restaurante interno melhor, e o cafe da manha tem muita comida doce e gordurosa, faltam opcoes mais saudaveis. A piscina aquecida nao estava muito quente, nao conseguimos entrar.

Ótimas acomodações, espaçosas em bem adequadas para o clima frio. Trilhas em meio à mata são a principal atração. A estrutura ao ar livre como um todo é muito legal. A piscina e bar da piscina são itens que agradam pouco, poderiam ser melhorados.
