Excellent hotel with unique decor and ferniture Just a short walk from the old Town center. The personel was extremly attentive and helpfull, from receptionist, waiters to the meni who helped me to park in a hotel yard. Yes they privide free parking. The room was spacious, quiet , bed comfortable, temperature perfect. Theres TV, free wi-fi, good buffet breakfast with some traditional food. There are enough rooms for groups.

It probably depends from room to room. But the room 109 reeked of sewage. Therefore i have moved to room 004 which the window could not be opened. You can imagine there was no way to get a fresh air. In bathroom the showerdoor could not be closed therefore after showering water leaked in the floor. I wouldn’t complain if this hotel wouldn’t declare itself as 4-star hotel.

Me and my family came to Novi Sad to visit her mother and father, it was first timer for me. Her friends suggested this hotel and we listened. I couldn't belive the prices, everything was so cheap. I thought we will have issues with the staff because of language, but staff was speaking perfect english and i was amazed. I had awesome time here and i can't wait to visit Novi Sad again!

Good location, nice style and rooms, also staff very friendly and breakfast was good. Unfortunatelly rooms and especially bathrooms need maintenance and repairs. First there was no soap in the dispenser, and after we asked for it, we only got soap for hands and not for the shower so we had to ask again. The toilet rinser blocked and kept on the whole night. We asked for repair but the same happened again. Water was going out of the shower on the floor. Air condition and fridge were out of order and our room wasn t cleaned. Dirty towel on the floor and a full dust bin

Small hotel near the center. Stylishly furnished, you feel like you are in another time. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room had a cozy corner for romantic evenings for two. We and our dog felt completely comfortable and welcome.
