Неплохой отель, но персонал не компетентный, приехали в отель около 16 часов и ждали заселения поскольку номер не был готов из за позднего выселения предыдущего гостя, но при этом номер продавался и был готов к новому бронированию. При заселении обнаружилось, что света в ванне и туалете нет и устранения неполадок мы ждали до 22 часов вечера. Не понятно каким образом готовность номера проверяется перед заселением следующих гостей.Учитывая, что мы летели 1.5 суток, крайне устали и не имели возможность принять душ и просто отдохнуть, поскольку несколько часов мы ждали мастера, потом при нас он что- то сверлил и ремонтировал, считаю это крайне не профессионально.

Останавливаемся в этой гостинице уже не первый раз. Чисто. Удобное расположение, рядом ТЦ Аура. До Галлереи тоже недалеко. Напротив есть кафе. Если вам нужно остановиться в центре,замечательный вариант для ночевки.

Я осталась полностью довольна пребыванием в этом апарт отеле. Есть все необходимое. Немного удалено от центра, минут 15 пешком до метро.
