Сами апартаменты прям классные, чисто, уютно, все новенькое. Не хватает только хоть по одному пакетику чая или кофе на гостя. И воды. Заехали с дороги, воды не было, чая тоже. Чтобы попить чайку пришлось идти в магазин.
Из минусов, нет никаких опознавательных знаков о том, как попасть в этот апарт отель. Приехали уставшие с дороги с маленьким ребенком, начала номер в подтверждении заселении. Позвонили. Спросили как к вам проехать, так как весь дом обнесен забором. Первый к нас вопрос: а вы парковку бронировали (нигде об этой необходимости не было сказано). Открыли нам ворота, мы заехали. Но никто даже не удосужился пояснить как найти ресепшен, при том, что это не так то просто. Пришлось звони второй раз. Мне объяснили, да администратор не поняла, с какой стороны мы зашли, хотя я назвала подъезд. Мы вышли с сумками и ребенком и оказалось не туда. Кое-как нашли все ресепшен. Оказалась парковка платная 🤣 о чем сообщили по факту уже, когда мы заехали и пришли на ресепшен. Короче сервис, это прикол. Напишите хоть в описании, как вас найти. Чтобы это все было быстрее и проще. Или научите администраторов, учитывать тот факт, что люди у вас впервые и не знают как вас найти. Почему нужно 10 раз звонить, чтобы все таки выяснить куда идти 🤪
