Jacuzzi/pool facilities overcrowded and noisy. Lack if towels Misleading information provided by staff regarding pool usage and dining facilities. Poorly cooked, inedible food. Breakfast limited choice. Hotel location good for trains but a good 20 minutes walk to a very small town Appeared to be occupied by young sports teams who were given priority over other hotel guests....not a relaxing experience

I know it’s about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Nowy targ but it’s a Great hotel with excellent facilities I will be staying here again please remember to bring your walking shoes and swimming gear

A beautiful new hotel, that is sparkling, clean with a great breakfast. Excellent breakfast that was probably the best I had in Europe. Very economical. Great staff. Appears to be right beside a school. Easy to get to Zakopane or back to Nowy Targ. A great pool, hot tub, and sauna area. Locker rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Rooms are fine. Breakfest is good. Room cleaning does not happen every day, they are really overloaded and bring just clean towels. No refrigirator. Hot in the rooms. Very noisy parties both of the night we stayed. Swimming pool is nice and warm.

Typical Ibis experience. However rooms are bigger than usual Ibis . Location is in the junction of the roads to Zakopane, Bialka Tatrazanska and Chochowska Valley. Has a nice swimming pool and nice restaurant and bar. Pros : Nice hotel with all facilities Cons : Little far from Zakopane so needs a car

Having had a good experience with Ibis, I counted on good sleep quality. It was impossible. Room temperature set to 24.5 degrees, not adjustable. It is true that there is a regulator on the wall, but - as the hotel staff admitted - there is no possibility of changing it. The hotel is located right next to the train station. Hear not only trains, but also announcements with an unbearable gong. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. They serve breakfast on the weekend from 7:00 am. As I was setting off early for the mountains, I prepared myself a meal - which at 24.5 degrees almost boiled. I do not recommend
