Hotel staff are mainly Australians, and the guests are also mainly Australians. We felt we were in Australia rather than in Japan! 😀 Hotel served basic western breakfast only. No Japanese food was served. Hotel Staff provided good service. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The desk in the room was very dusty (see photo). The toilet was also dirty, with stain in the toilet bowl. Moreover, the toilet door was badly damaged with a big hole (see photo), having sharp edges which posed cutting hazards. Potential guests should take note that there is no housekeeping service unless you stay 6 days in a row. Also, a change of towel will cost you ¥300.
