The hotel location is wonderful, the stuff are friendly specially the front desk ,the arabic food was okay but the italian night was horrible ,no valet parking on arrival no bellboys, no guidance to the room or support with luggage , the wifi was weak

Es la tercera vez que visitamos el hotel este año. El personal de recepción es atento, así como el servicio en el restaurante. Todo ello hacen que la estadía sea confortable. Nada de eso compensa la pésima atención recibida en el salón de té, que no "honró un momento único", como publicita el hotel en su sitio. Además de una muy reducida y poco atractiva oferta (ni soñar con que haya algo casero!), de la cual no da ganas de comer nada, la atención deja mucho que desear. Mi señora y yo pedimos un cortado y un capuchino, y recibimos algo blancuzco a lo que no se le sentía ni mínimamente el gusto a café. Al reclamarle esto a quien nos atendió respondió que así lo hacían allí. La-men-ta-ble. Ciertamente no da ganas de volver! My English version: This is our third stay this year. The staff at the front desk and the service at the restaurant are fine, which make for a pleasant stay. All this doesn't make up for the appalling service at the tea room, which is not on a par with the rest of what is on offer. Not only is the variety of items available very limited (don't even dream of anything being homemade!) and really unappealing, but the service leaves much to be desired. My wife and I asked for two hot drinks: a macchiato and a cappuccino. What we got was whitish and did not taste to coffee in the least. Upon bringing this to the attention of the guy who served us, he simply replied that that was the way they served their drinks here. We certainly don't feel like returning!

We went as a family, a large group of 16 people, to spend 2 nights. A group with 3 teenagers, 2 small children, a couple in their twenties, the rest all older. We spent some spectacular days. The weekend sun helped a lot to do outdoor activities: hiking, farm, golf, horseback riding, the most daring swimming. The indoor pool is also very good. And you can't miss the indoor entertainment activities, such as family bingo, with unexpected prizes. The room, renovated, without losing the calm warmth of a building that inspires rest. The bathroom, very comfortable. The bed, an invitation to sleep deeply. A separate mention for the restaurant. It's a little expensive, but it's worth it; The first night we had à la carte dinner, all dishes prepared at the moment, delicious. One noon we had a buffet lunch, very abundant and delicious. You can return without problems.

All recommended, very well maintained facilities, good air conditioning and cleanliness throughout the hotel. Recreational place for children with a lot of dedication on the part of the animators. Excellent days with the family, a beautiful place full of peace, ideal for resting and for the children to have activities. The activities were very good, according to...The buffet food was very delicious and a la carte also highly recommended. Very good rooms, it's great that they DO NOT have a TV. Pools and facilities very well maintained, staff in general from the moment you enter to the entertainers take great care of you. Highly recommended and we enjoyed it very much. We'll be back in a few months.

The hotel seems left in time. Old heating/cooling system, it has an old smell, the rooms without television and the wifi is quite bad. The daily cost is very expensive for the little it offers and to complete the restaurant it is expensive and the food is not good at all. The next time I have to be in the area I will stay in Colonia before returning to that place. Although they try, the reception staff does not have any type of training and both the check in and mainly the check out is very slow, to issue a ticket with rut (something very basic in any hotel) it took me more than 20 minutes, because the person didn't know how to do it. In short, the hotel is bad and extremely expensive for the little it offers. It was my first and last time in that place. And to top it all off, when I enter the room I find a cat sleeping on the bed!!!
