Hotel staff was very good. Location is just outside the station. Very clean and lots of amneties for use. I recommend to my friends to stay here.

There are large baths, saunas and free massage chairs, but the sauna room in the women's bath is not a wooden room and is smaller and colder, unlike the men's bath. There is a buffet breakfast, which is rich and the room is bigger than expected! Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from Numazu Station

The hotel is new, well-equipped and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel service is average. They don't know how to communicate in English and are not helpful enough. When I asked the waiter to help me book a restaurant, I was rejected. However, they are generally polite.
