"It was a good stay. The room was quite big and modern. It was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. You can definitely check in early, but it costs 10€ / hour, which is fine with me since I have to attend an event and get some rest. The hotel practices an eco-friendly system, so there is no housekeeping unless requested, which I prefer as I don’t like to be bothered or have someone enter my room during my stay. Definitely will stay again for RIP next year!"

There is an iron gate at the gate that requires a code to open the door, but there is no instruction on how to open it from the inside. If there is more Clear guidance would be better. The service is really average, because they require self-check-in. I have already read the message when booking, so I took the initiative to contact them after booking, hoping to learn how to self-check-in in advance. However, after many times of contact through the platform, they still refused to inform me and only said that they would be notified 24 hours in advance. Even 24 hours ago, I still didn't receive it, so I had to proactively contact the booking platform. I took screenshots of the search results in the email to prove that I had not received any emails. Finally, I obtained the other party's email address through the platform and proactively Send an email. In the end, I didn't actually receive a self-check-in method. I found it through their website and then checked in myself. I think they can inform the check-in process in advance to reduce guests' concerns. "

"Amazing hotel just across from Nuremberg main station, and also old town. Room with atrium view is basically room with windows but NO views except other rooms’ windows. But totally fine as long as the room is clean. comfortable and well provided, which it is. Shower is a little too weak but it seems to be standard across most hotels in Germany. The daily macaroons provided from housekeeping is lovely lovely ❤️❤️. Definitely coming back to this hotel again."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and well designed, ample space to store luggage and still feel spacious. We took breakfast for one morning, it was okay. All usual offerings for breakfast buffet. They have a few on request items as well included in the buffet. Considerate enough to put celiac and lactose free options in there as well. The spa and pool are quite good and well equipped as well."
