It’s been years that we have been coming for vacation in the splendid region of Valle d’Aosta, both in summer and wintertime, but lo Chalet has been our favourite place so far. Nice, cozy small hotel, managed by a very professional, friendly and helpful family, they are always there at their clients’ disposal. Our room was comfortable, and there is a very nice mountain atmosphere all around in the hotel thanks to the wooden equipment and signor Roberto’s own carving works :-). The place’s kitchen is excellent, especially for tasing typical local cuisine and good wines of the region. On the terrace, just sitting in the jakuzzi under the sky you can admire the view of the beautiful mountains or a super starry sky. (The Astronomical Observatory of Saint Barthelemy is just right behind. A must for starry sky fans!) The position of the hotel (and of Lignan/Saint Barthelemy) is excellent for hikes in the summer, snowshoeing walks or cross-country skiing in the winter. Perfect style, perfect position, perfect services for a perfect mountain holiday in a quiet, relaxing place, mainly for couples or families. We will definitely come back soon, and also send our friends here!!!

Premetto che non abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel, ma abbiamo avuto l'occasione di provare il ristorante e quindi di conoscere di persona chi vive e porta avanti questa incantevole realtà. Fin da subito ciò che si avverte è una grande passione e l'attenzione al dettaglio al cliente, limitarsi a dire che ci siamo sentiti coccolati è probabilmente sminuire quella che è stata l'esperienza vissuta. La cucina è stata una vera sorpresa: piatti tipici della tradizione locale, semplici ma al tempo stesso frutto di una minuziosa ricerca nell'utilizzo di materie prime esclusivamente del territorio. La volontà di promuovere le eccellenze della vallata culmina nell'organizzazione di eventi con produttori della zona, abbiamo partecipato ad una degustazione di vini nella terrazza dell'hotel decisamente sopra le aspettative. Ci riteniamo fortunati ad aver scoperto questa incantevole realtà e di aver soggiornato in questa bellissima vallata assaporando luoghi e sapori autentici della Valle D'Aosta. Ringraziamo Luca e la sua famiglia per averci fatto vivere piacevoli serate colorate dell'amore per il loro territorio e dalla passione che mettono nella loro attività. Grazie !

Posto magnifico immerso tra le montagne e ka natura della val d’aosta a circa 1600 metri di altitudine… staff gentile, preparatissimo e competente con servizio bar ottimo. Servizio a pagamento dell’area relax che comprende sauna e jacuzi decisamente un’esperienza da provare sotto la neve (anche se la sauna non era in funzione per un guasto). La cosa che mi ha sorpreso maggiormente è stata la ristorazione, cucina pari a ristorante stellato con porzioni più abbondanti, piatti buonissimi e ben curati e la location dove si pranza o cena ha una vista mozzafiato sulla montagna. Camere pulite e in ordine con mobili tipici da montagna, per intenderci in legno. Spero di tornarci presto!!

Bellissima struttura, ottima la posizione per raggiungere tutte le mete desiderate per passeggiate , sci , ciaspole e stupendi panorami. Struttura con una panorama mozzafiato , camera pulitissima, spaziosa e soprattutto con vista montagne . L’ospitalità di Luca è la sua famiglia sono davvero top , ti fanno sentire come a casa . La qualità del cibo è ottima , complimenti allo CHEF , la sala pranzo stupenda con tutte le vetrate con vista montagna . La ciliegina sulla torta è stata l’area relax con sauna e jacuzzi . Avrei tante cose belle da dire però mi fermo qui. Vi ringraziamo per tutto . Ci vediamo sicuramente anche di estate . Un abbraccio da famiglia Musat

Luogo magico con una vista bellissima su un'ampia vallata.Locale molto intimo e ben arredato,molto caloroso.Cibo ottimo con prodotti particolari del territorio.Il vino è molto curato e Luca è un ottimo consigliere.Una grande ricerca di prodotti di nicchia e particolari in un'atmosfera Valdostana come piace tanto a noi.

Piacevole soggiorno in questo chalet di montagna. Personale gentile, disponibile e molto cordiale. Abbiamo cenato con piatti tipici valdostani, ma rivisitati in chiave moderna. Prezzo assolutamente in linea con l’ottima qualità dei prodotti. Da ritornare assolutamente

Il mio soggiorno presso lo Chalet Saint-Barthèlemy Hotel è stato una bellissima coccola: il personale è stato accogliente e cordiale, la cucina proposta è una cucina tradizionale rivisitata in chiave moderna di buonissima qualità, la camera è accogliente, pulita e dotata di vista pazzesca. Il prezzo è perfettamente in linea con i servizi offerti. Consiglio assolutamente la struttura e saró molto felice di tornarci in futuro!
