The room design and window view are nice, near Eco Botanic. But cleanliness and amenities need improvement. The basin and toilet seat may be old, as there are some stains that can't be removed. Also, food cannot be kept in the room. I left a cake at the bar area for less than a few minutes, and many ants had already appeared. Other than that, the front desk service not bad and the staff serves you with a smile.

Great location with a clean and comfortable room. The staff were very polite and provided excellent service. There are several dining options nearby, including Western and Japanese restaurants, as well as a convenience store (myNEWS). Some attractions are also within walking distance. While the hotel is not in the city center, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended!

Check in was smooth, room was decent all room have big bath tub, washer+dryer, big king size bed and enough amenities for short stay. Very clean and cozy room.
As for breakfast, quite varied a lot of Mediterranean options compared to asian food.
Juice and coffee was nice.
Service very fast!

Pleasant stay there. Love the bathtub in toilet. Washing machine is great ! Comfy beds. Hotel staffs can be overwhelmed during festive seasons and holidays but overall great stay. We enjoyed

Clean, new and Spacious room, location close to Legoland. Good breakfast spread. Location wise, would probably need to drive or grab for lunch and dinner.

CS was so-so.
Room cleaniness could be better.
Amenities especially swimming pool was dirty.
The whole place looks and felt rundown.
No doubt we have no issue with our stay.
