We had a truly wonderful stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia from 3rd to 5th May 2025 to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The entire experience was magical for our family!
The themed room was fun, vibrant, and perfect for kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our celebration was smooth and enjoyable. Our daughter had an unforgettable birthday with lots of joy, surprises, and LEGO adventures.
Thank you, LEGOLAND Hotel, for making her special day even more memorable. We look forward to coming back again!"

"It's nothing but a simple apartment near to the park. For anyone wanting to stay overnight this offers a cheaper alternative compared to the legoland official hotel. Nothing great in this apartment to command this price. The condo feels deserted and still partially under construction. The apartment has basic cleanliness but had a noisy fan rattling in the bedroom. They offered to keep luggage during checkin but refused after checkout which something that any service provider offers it's guests."

"Overall ok. Quick stopover. Was a comfortable sleep. Was clean, but need deeper clean as areas behind curtains were dusty as was under the bed, as we pushed beds together. The lock to get the key card needs to be bigger. All amenities present. Good for 5pax max. However no shops around so need to drive out for supplies, which is ok. Just plan ahead."

"The room facilities are very complete, and there is even a washing machine. The sanitary environment is relatively good. Although I am not sure whether it is changed for each guest, it is better than most hotels in Malaysia. Singapore can be seen from one side of the room. It is closer to Legoland. It is recommended to take the road on the north side. The road on the south side is a jungle with monkeys. The locals reminded us to be careful and helped us drive away the monkeys. Self-service check-in and check-out, contact with the housekeeper by phone, the housekeeper on duty did not speak English very well and had a heavy accent."

IImmyruffIt was an awesome stay!!! We kept playing with the slide and had a movie marathon, movies after movies. Oh the pool is huge! And not crowded. 5 stars given to the place!I love how the surroundings are mostly expats and away from the crowd and noise. There's alot of eateries around too.
But only one thing, the towels are not that clean. There's traces of dirt spots. But we had planty of towels so it's ok.
Theres a nearby shopping centre which is not that great. It is big but the shops are not great at all. But there's family mart! Our favourite!
Most importantly, we would come again to just chill, be a couch potato and play indoors and the facilities provided.

CCarophoneStayed 3D2N over a long weekend with our boy. Clean and comfortable hotel. Connected to big shopping mall with some shops, eatery and play venues. Easy to spend a leisure day.
However due to PH and the location, very very hard to call taxi because there’s simply no driver. Better drive yourself if you wanna stay here. Free parking at the open car park.

Eed anA chill quiet hotel to lepak and away from the crowd
Room is generally clean and big. Plus points is the washing machine that I used to wash my clothes before I go back. Go back can rest, no need wash clothes.
Amenities: I didn't use pool or gym as I stayed to lepak in room after I go out shopping till I drop. I also the type lazy to exercise, so I in room exercise on bed by watching TV and snacking.
Service: the staff all very nice. They do their best to help you. I ask for hotel room amenities, and they send very fast game le.
Location : far from all the busy malls and attractions. But I no complaint, peaceful away from people.

GGuest UserExcellent place for us to stay near legoland even though we don't go there anymore. A base for us to go Johor Premium Outlet. Service is excellent. I got stuck in the lift for 10 mins when it stalled. Staff was apologetic and even send me a card and fruit platter as a apology.
The rooms are good and beds are comfy and clean. Just that toilets a bit moldy and kitchen utensils kinda of old. A new coat of paint and change of utensils will do the trick.
Thanks for the hospitality.

GGuest UserWe had confussion during our check in but I like the customer service they reply very fast so it guide us how to go to correct place.
It so difficult also to get the key as u need to cross the other condominium to get the key in a locker box. It so troublesome as it is so Rainy. It is also difficult as some staff can’t speak english.
The whole place was clean and relaxing. Ammeneties is accessible. I hope they just put some air freshener in the rooms so it smell nice when opened. Otherwise, overall it is a greatplace to stay☺️ just 5 10-15 mins away from Legoland.

RRozie TukimanCLEANLINESS: Couldn't give 5 for cleanliness as the lobby seats and carpet in desperate cry for shampooing. But the room cleanliness deserve a 5. SERVICE: Was put in a worried state for awhile as they couldn't find my booking in the system and staff said they were full house. Showed the confirmation slip and staff had to speak to the senior. After being made to wait, was given a room.

DDiana KohLocation is right opposite Legoland. Security officers are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of apartment is decent. One of the double beds mattress had already sink downward, a little awkward to sleep on but it’s ok just for 2 nights stay. Towels were given but no toothbrushes provided though. Pls bring your own toiletries.
